Multiple problems with this company They first told us we would get dollar for dollar and it sounded great. But in June one of their employees came out to speak to the power company and informed myself and the 2 gentlemen from my power company that we would only get .40 cents on the dollar I asked several questions and he told me thats why he comes out to make sure we understand that we will not get dollar for dollar. I told him then we did not want the system then. He claimed he would take care of everything. Then September came and I got a text saying they would be here to install and it would take 3 days total. I spoke with one of the owners he claimed they never send an employee out when the power company comes out. He said another company got ahold of our information and was trying to get us to back out on the system. But I described the man the vehicle and the owner said it was one of theirs but they fired him so he was just a disgruntled employee. Now today he was the licensed electrician that came out to fix the generator issues. So he wasnt fired he claims water damage is to blame even though the system is brand new and we have never had an issue with it. I asked why did the other employee get into our generators wiring he claimed even though hes not licensed it was ok for him to do so. I also received a text saying the rest of our panels will be installed next week but no one can tell me when the battery or the system will even be up and running. I now have to pay for what they broke so my generator can actually work. I knew they would blame someone else for there mistakes. The trench they dug is horrible as a disabled person who can not go fill it in they left it a huge mess and its not all filled back in. Here we thought we were doing the right thing by getting solar has been the biggest mistake weve ever made!! They lie and then blame others for their failures

The only problem I have had during the entire time I have had my panels, is my ageing electrical system. *****, who sold us the system, has been uber helpful. Because of the age of my electrical system, I am having to replace a lot of it, but when my power went out on the 4th of July, ***** took the time out of his night to help us figure out how to get our power back on. ********************* has been ever vigilant about the emails I send and replying to them with all due haste and honesty. Both ***** and ********************* have explained that they are a growing company and that they have had some issues with "growth pains." As a business owner myself, I understand what they mean, things can slip through the cracks by accident. All in all, I have had a great experience with this company. You can not expect everything to work out perfectly in this world, so I do not have unrealistic expectations when it comes to my solar system. Once I get my shop up and running, I will be calling them for another install, and I recommending them to all of my family.
