    I ordered 2 books from The Jim Bakker Show on February 17, 2023. The names of books were Prophetic Forecast and His Blood Speaks totaling $45.00. Order#******. On March 17, 2023 I ordered a Victory Cross totaling $50.00 - order# ******. Never received any of these items. I contacted them 3 times and each time they sent a generic email saying they are waiting to get the items in and then they will send them to me. I just contacted them today - 12/16/2023 and got that response. When I try to call there is no live person to talk to. At this point I want a refund. This sad service from a christian ******* and sister. I am praying for them but want my money back.

    I want to add that right after I submitted this complaint I received one of the books in the mail with 2 complimentary books.  This was from ********** associated with *** Bakker show.  So I accept that and am only waiting for one book prophetic forecast $25 and cross necklace $50.  I am praying for this ministry since there is such struggles going on.

    They falsely advertised their products. On TV they claimed the buckets would last for up to 30 years. I bought the buckets to share with my church family and friends in the area. After I had purchased the buckets they told me it depending on the item ordered, not every item like they advertised.I ordered buckets at 200 dollars per bucket. This was shipped from Morning side Church *** PO box **** ***** in ******* We don't have a basement to keep the food at the temperature they provided after the items were purchased and the packaging is not safe.  I was scared to open it all the way because it claimed to be oxygen absorbent which is not safe at all. Also, the overall nutritious value of the product was not consistent to what they advertised.

    On September 30 2023 my mother purchased a bucket food for $250.00. She never received this product. She has called several times and I also Have called several times trying to get a refund for her. The customer service representatives gives us some telephone numbers but nobody calls me back. I hate to say this but, is Banker up to his old doings? Ripping of people, taking their money and not delivering the product. I and requesting a refund of $250.00 for my mom.     I ordered these water bottles for $185.00 in April/2023. My husband contacted the many numbers at this business and the lady was giving my husband a hard time and she informed my husband she lives out of states. The lady suggested that we write a letter regarding the water bottles that we never received. I would like a refund in the amount of $185.00

    The order that partner has submitted this complaint in regards to was placed September 7, 2016. The first time the partner reached out in regards to this order was 7 years after the order was placed. Many conditions of the storage can affect the length of the shelf stability of this product. At this time a refund is no longer possible.

    I ordered by phone with the Jim Bakker Show, Morningside Church a 60 Food Bucket, Sept 29, 2022 for $215 for my niece and nephew, Karen and Sirrico Burnside. They are concerned about theft with the order being left on steps, so UPS was chosen so they could pick up order. This UPS is located inside the *** ****** *** * **** ******* ***** ** ****** They have not received this order. I have called Morningside countless times. They usually have an answer machine on where messages can be left and I did. Twice I called and left a message with the order department and asked them to forward my complaint of package not delivered. I have complained by emailing to partner.services@jimbakkershow.com 10/13/22 at 11:45 pm, 2/6/22 at 5:12 pm, 5/12/23 at 11:54 am and again same day at 6:29 pm. One time Partner Services wrote to say they were on back order. Another time, May 12 at 6:29pm, Partner Services emailed me saying they would get back as soon as possible due to increased inquiry volume and limited staffing. I have left a message, at least twice on their answer machine that my request is a quick fix, just mail it and that they cannot say this time they were on back order because Jim Bakker had a 60 bucket on his desk during his broadcasting. I want 1) my order sent to my family right away. Almost 8 months later is long enough to wait and 2) Partner Services to also tell me why I was pushed aside for so long. I am a faithful partner.

    I am disappointed with Morningside on refund. I asked for delivery of Food bucket and reason for delay. I feel this action is with no compassion to get things right. I called so many times. I guess I have to with  sorrow withdraw my monthly partner support,  because they don't care about me.

    I ordered **** ******* book earlier this year. I can’t even remember the title of the book it’s been so long. You took my money but no book. You better send that book or action will be taken. And I’m emailing **** ****** to let him know about this situation I had to get a refund last time he sold a book. I hope he gets other avenues to sell his books. ***** ******

    On 10-7-22 and 11-29-22 I bought 3 buckets of food for a total of $675.00. I have not received any of the food I ordered. After numerous calls and complaints they have not responded. I called them again about 3 weeks ago and told them I was going to contact the BBB. No response. I would be willing to still receive the food or just get my money back.

    I am writing in regard to the *** H3134**31333335373830H Marketplace. I wanted to file a complaint. On Jan. 23, 2023, I ordered (3) buckets of food for $225.00 each at a total of $675.00. I have not received the food.I inquired of them several times before receiving a response that they will refund my money via credit card. However, they stated that it will take a while to do the credit. I don&#**;t really believe they will credit my card. Also, their show is still selling the buckets as of today. Could you please get this resolved for me?

    Ordered 6 filtered water bottles, March 6, 2023 for $ 185.00. Our bank statement shows they took the money, but we received no product. I called twice, told their shipping system was compromised, keep waiting. E-mailed my concern, on May 2, 2023, received an instant generic responseT saying their system was not functioning. Tried to contact the maker of the bottles, using two different numbers, facing the same issues !! Like the company doesn't exist !! Bakker's website reviews repeatedly state similar problems. If this is not resolved, I will be contacting your state attorney general. This is repeated issues of FRAUD......and must STOP !!!!
