    On December 10, 2021 I purchased a wholesale order from this business. In which was not shipped out until December 28th after many apologizes for the company's mistakes in completing my order. I was initially told she didn't have the jars required to make my products ordered. Then that she printed the wrong shipping label. Then that she would have to ship two separate packages. I was very much understanding. The initial tracking message I finally received was on December 28th as follows " Good Afternoon!!!! Your order was shipped today ?? They haven't updated info on it yet but it should be to you either Thursday or Friday!!! It is thru **** Tracking Number: ****************************** "... I have our communication in which I was very much understanding as I am a small business owner despite the inconveniences imposed. Yet once I received my order 4 products were damaged/broken due to poor packaging. I expressed my concern and provided pictures to the vendor the same day of arrival. She stated some excuse and that she would resend them. I received them sometime late January. In which the replacements arrived with another broken product. For the same exact reason prior to. Poor packaging of heavy glass items . That were shipped in a box with minimal bubble wrap. I was given an excuse faulting the mail carrier. Despite the package wasn't labeled fragile at all. I was given a resolution to melt the broken candles in a wax melt. Although I purchased a wholesale order for my business. Therefore this is my inventory and was not purchased for personal use. She offered when I order again or can pay shipping again that she would mail it out. No resolution has been made. I contacted her today saying that I didn't need anymore. She disputed the fact of the matter and that it was a year ago. Which in fact is not true. She was rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service, production, and shipping! Lack there of business ethics and lack of respect. My order was $167.

    Hi! I already sent replacements out to this order. The number of Harassing emails/insta messages I am receiving I will be pressing charges next. I can not help what happens to products 9 months after receiving them or how they are stored. Thank you!
