  On October 16, 2021 ********* kids Handyman Services started remodeling my two bathrooms. I paid around $18,200.00 for the job. I bought all the material to do the job, they only provided the labor. Since then, I have contacted them several times regarding tile falling off of seat in shower and Leakes in the shower. He would never come back out, nor did he ever return my phone calls, the only thing he would do is text me or my husband for a while and then nothing. He texted my husband and told him he wouldn't be coming out cause my husband told his secretary they needed to get their butts back out to fix the problem. Now I have black mold in my house from them not using the waterproofing material they were supposed to have used. I have had to hire someone else to do the complete job over. The invoice number for first bathroom is 289 and second bathroom is 290. He has never tried to resolve the issue at all.

  We did work for *********************** back in 2021. Invoice #*** #*** and #***. Customer called 1/2/23 and spoke with ******** in our office about a repaired pipe that was once again leaking. We spoke with **** who is the Lead on the project and there was not a repair done on any piping. The invoice was from 2021 and if another company/handyman came in to fix the issue then we are unable to claim it as our damages. After 3 years its hard to say that the leak is not due to normal wear and tear. Her husband ******************* called and was highly rude to *********, another office worker. Then she sent a text stating she was contacting the attorney general and a lawyer. We replied in the text informing her that we didn't do the repairs and sent her the information on the project to review. She was informed that we would no longer be doing business with her as well.

  Our email with her are as follows:

  Good afternoon ***** something has to give, the shower is still leaking and only getting worse. I have no option now because I can not get anyone from your company to respond or come make  this right, but to file a claim with the attorney generals office, consult with an attorney for deceitful business practices and also file a complaint with the city of **** because there was no permit applied for when you did the job. I will also be Filing a claim on the shelter insurance policy you provided when you started the work. Please respond by 10am Monday January 8th, or I will proceed.

  We sent an text to ****** as follows:

  I do apologize for no one getting back to you. It is not ok for you to send threats and demands to us on a job we didn't even repair. After 2 years of wear and tare it wouldn't be due to repairs we did but rather from the over abuse and everyday use in your son's bathroom. It shows no where on the invoice or the estimate provided that we repaired pipe in your son's bathroom. Also you mentioned another company had been out. That would void any liability with our company due to another company having their hands in on it as well. I am sorry you have a leak and not sure why that company didn't go ahead and fix it since we were informed they over tightened it, which would cause a leak. We could have came out sooner to take a look and give you an estimate on fixing it however between the rude and very unnecessary way that your husband spoke to my office as well as the threats with ultimatum that came from you, we reserve the right to refuse any further business with you.
