This is a terrible company! They damaged my car loading it onto their tow truck, lost my programmable key fob and then have given me a constant run around to avoid accepting any responsibility! To top it off on their tow trucks and website they have references to *****!! They are anything but a ***************** and very dishonorable! Dont use them ever!!

They sold my car loan to ************* Services in *********, ** without my knowledge or written consent gave all my personal info to this company. Sent the car back yesterday because the car wouldnt stay started in traffic and on the highway in fact it would over heat and then just stop running making it a dangerous situation.Just found out last night that they sold the car loan back Dec 22 they only thing my husband received was a text message they were transferring the loan to a new place making it easier to pay online instead of calling in and making a payment over the phone.Both companies have been turned into the Mo ************************ and FTC. Now Im stuck paying this loan off and no backup car either.They refuse to do anything about it even though affordable towing owners just pleaded guilty this yr to something totally different.No where in a contract does it state they can sell the car loan.Now the contract does state transfer of rights is the only thing that reads closely to them basically selling our loan and giving our personal info to a new company that has no business in my business at all. Plus the facts about this whole thing is very fishy to me bet Im not the only person they did this too either.They had to sell car loans to pay for the owners bail money.**** crooks all of them need to go to jail.

I can see why this company has not got a BBB rating. If their service is any indication they would never be rated for excellent customer **********************. In a world where we have apps that allow us to track things like food orders to our music, you would think they would be aware that we can now track their service time. I was informed I could get a tow in a ***** minutes. When my time reached 120 minutes via my APP I reached out to see how much longer to only have it reset the service. When the drive finally arrived 3 hours later, he made it seem like I was being an inconvenience to him as he had a long day. When I told him I would call his dispatcher to complain about his customer ********************** he refused my tow even though I paid in advance. It then took me another 30 to 40 minutes to get the dispatcher to answer my call only for her to tell me that at that time of night I would have to wait for a tow for a long time. When I explained I had already been waiting three hours and that I tracked their time on an APP they got on the defensive and the tow trucker driver left. I would not recommend their services to anyone and should have just trusted my instincts and called ******* once I realized that Affordable had been dispatched. Just the worst service of any company I have had to deal with in the industry.
