4/19/24 ***********************, a customer, contacted the ***** ********************** Missouri branch about a 2021 Mallard unit. Sales representative *************************** offered to show the unit and deposited $500 to secure unit. The customer agreed and *** stated the outdoor price of $20,700, with him covering the delivery fee of $5,126. The general manager, *******************************, informed the customer that it would take 2-3 weeks to obtain the title for the unit The customer agreed. Once customer received paperwork, the paperwork stated the out the door price is $24,545 with transport fee included. The financial manager, ***********************, offered to save $1000 off the transport fee if the customer ran their credit app. Customer agreed to run credit once, but they ran it 6 times. However, upon reviewing the paperwork, customer reached out to *******************************, General manger about the base price was incorrectly calculated. He stated base pay is $19,855 not $24,545 since *** was eating delivery cost. ****** stated this was caused by miscommunication. The customer discussed financing with their own credit union to have both customers on the lien. Customer attempted to contact ****** for cashier check information as well as to keep customer updated on title and paperwork. ******************************* has not responded to multiple attempts to contact the customer. The branch has been pushing week by week about title and paperwork. On 5/22/24 Customer received phone call from *** stating it would be another 6 weeks to get title in hand in order to move on with this process and offered $500 deposit refund. I am now requesting the branch to write letters to all credit bureaus. The customer's credit score dropped 60 points and now has a $15,000 loan to make payments on a unit they do not even own.I am unsatisfied with the customer service and professionalism in the branch, especially with *******************************, which could never get in contact with. I am demanding accountability from the branch, correction on credit score.
