She did my granddaughter's hair colored it and then two days later the hair color fell out. She did not give us any instructions whatsoever. She's lying and she knows she is. Then I find out she uses the hair dye from Walmart. I just 10 bucks so that's probably why it fell out. Charged me 65. Then she did my other granddaughter's hair purple highlights and she did six hair extensions that was at six little ones and charged me 205 dollars she said it took an hour and it didn't. It took 5 minutes to heat and put the extensions in her hair done. Her hair color fell out. Used to another hair from one color from Walmart and it is not right that she charged overcharged me that much for not any good service and using a bad product and not using a beauty salon product and she's lying cuz I got proof

Her grandchildren got vivid colors which are temporary colors that will fade out over time.  You have to wash the hair in cold water with color safe products. They was informed all of this multiple times. She reached out to me and complained to which I offered to reapply the color for Free this one time however she told me that I wouldn’t be touching her grandchildren’s hair again and proceeded to cuss me out. Which is when I stopped responding. I will not be talked down to or cussed out. The accusation that I get my color from Walmart if false. All my color either comes from Cosmoprof or once I stopped at Sally’s.  As for the extensions I quoted her $150 to install them and only ended up charging $100 because I got them applied quicker then originally thought. They are in my system as taking an hour so I can block my books the extra time it so allow time for the installation, care instructions, cutting/blending if necessary, and clean up. I will not be offering a refund all the proper care instructions was giving to them each on multiple occasions, once per child while I was washing their and at least twice to the room while I was styling their hair. There was other people here that heard me tell them multiple times.  Due to the harassment, I have received and the false narrative she is posting about me she is not longer allowed in my salon. If the parents/guardians of the children wish to bring them in I will be happy to reapply the color for free and go over the care instructions with then ones actually responsible for the care of the children. However, **** will not be allowed in.
