    My husband and I visited this establishment from 7/6/23 to 7/9/23 and we were robbed of our $50 deposit. We paid cash for this and as we watched the money go into and envelope the day we arrived, this envelope was no where to be found on the day of our check out. All of the employees live there so after the woman who took our deposit was called to find it, ******* is her name. She recognized us immediately, remembered taking our money, finally found our envelope for the deposit only for it to be EMPTY. Weve called several times and were told it Would be returned to us via CashApp but to no avail. I hope someone reads this and is saved from a similar experience. Id like to mention we stayed in the ************************* room which was suitable except for the towels that looked like theyre more likely used for cleaning than drying off.

    Omg this is horrible!! So I booked a ***** at Holiday hills the ***************** themed) for July **** through Vrbo. paid for it on feb 18. **** dollars. I have all *********************** Call them when I get there and ask for my code bc the email didnt provide. This place is the number it gives to call. The woman tells me I dont have a ******************* its already been booked by another party. Then I talk to a guy named ********** was nice & says I can stay in the ****** It looks like a place you pay by the hour if you get my drift!! ??????I paid to stay in a ***** not a motel as we were there for nationals for my daughter to play softball for the week. They tell me they will let me stay 3 nights in the ***** I paid **** to stay 7 nights in & the other 4 nights back at the motel and refund me 500 dollars.. and they would give us tickets to all the shows etc we were there to play softball and didnt have time for any shows we had to stay Sunday night in the ***** bc we had no where else to stay. Checked into king ***** Monday and the woman reassured me they would refund me. We didnt stay the last 3 nights in the motel so I asked for a refund for those nights since the ***** wasnt available and they agreed to refund me. Said I should be getting 900 dollars back. ** they only allowed us to stay 3 nights at the ***** I paid 7 nights for. I went back to the king *********************** asking for my refund several times last week and have called 3 times this week and the woman text me today and says they will give me 722 dollars back so I call her and she dont answer of course and then I text and ask her how that came up with 722? She wont respond and they hang up when I call the motel.. this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    When my husband, toddler and I arrived at the location, there was a gentleman at the counter in front of us complaining that his room still wasn’t ready 2 hours later. Should have been our first red flag. We continued to check in with a female who was more concerned about playing 21 questions regarding our personal lives than checking us in. After, we drove around the corner of the motel to our room. Room *** I believe. When approaching our room, my husband and I were confused because our room door was open… Wide open. We exchanged looks and went in thinking maybe they just cleaned it? The room was gross. Bed half made, soap scum covering the shower curtain and bottom of tub. I immediately knew I was not letting my family - especially with a kid- stay at this unsecured, dirty location. I sat on the second bed in the room so I could search for another location to stay at. Within minutes, I felt itchy and told my husband I would just look when we got in the car. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The facility is refusing to give us a full refund since we checked in and they are deeming that as a stayed night… guess you get what you pay for.
