I went to the hair salon (with a photo of what I wanted). I go to the salon just often enough to keep my hair how I want it. I've never had a problem before. I know how much product my hair generally uses when I go. It's been the same length for a long time. While there, the lady who was doing my hair mixed 5 batches of bleach. I was in her chair (with bleach being applied) for over 3 hours. My head has severe chemical burn on my scalp and now my hair is falling out. When I try to brush my hair it hurts. I've contacted the manager and she just wanted to put more chemicals on it to get it the color I wanted. I was already blonde to start with and wanted to go platinum blonde. My hair is now pure white with yellow streaks. The manager acted like it was no big deal. I paid over $200 and the manager insisted that I should have been charged MORE. I can't brush my hair, can't put it ** in a ponytail without it falling out, and it even falls out in clumps when I wash it. I need help!! To top that off, the other girl who was working was severely rude to her customers and said if it were her salon, she would tell them to get the "f" out. Then went on to say that she used to ride bulls and in front of my husband she said " I ride the h*** out of men too" and looked right at my husband. I want something done about this. They have multiple reviews similar to mine on ******* I have photos of my hair before this, what I wanted and my hair now if needed. Thank you.

    Customer response

Thank you for your response. The business owner contacted me himself on behalf of my situation with his manager and 2 of his workers. He has issued a refund to me. So i would like to close my complaint. He handled the situation with me the way the manager should have in the first place and is taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen again to someone else. Thank you so much for your help.
