This company is awful. They took advantage of my family during the pandemic. Our vehicle completely stopped working and we were told that we needed a new engine. They gave us an estimate of what it would cost to repair it: parts, labor, etc. My husband and I discussed it and decided it made more sense for ** to pay the money to get the car repaired than to get a new car and have a car payment and hard inquiry on my credit report. We put the money down for the engine because they said they had to order it from **********. It took them so long that I broke down and purchased another vehicle (from ******** Needless to say I ended up with that hard inquiry anyway because we have children and jobs and needed transportation. I pulled from my 401k to make that happen because we were in dire need. I could drag out this story because it is a lot. Long story short they never really fixed the car. We shelled out more and more money because one thing turned into something else. Over time we ended up spending approximately $4000 more than the initial estimate and the car still doesn't work. It works long enough for you to drive home from the dealership and then stops. I had spoken to several people. I even called corporate but they didn't do anything. The pandemic was rough and we did all we could to make it through and I really believe in my heart that they took advantage of us. We had already invested so much money to get the engine in from ********** that we felt it was no turning back and that amount turned into more and more. All that's reading this, I urge you to please stay away from Morlan. They are crooks with no moral compass.

On 12-17-22 salesman, ***. did an unethical transaction with **. ***. drove **., **'s son-in-law from Cape Girardeau, MO to Mercy Hospital in Festus, MO. **. was hospitialized for hallucinations and an infection in her leg, that caused her to take strong pain medication. ***. preceded to allow **., an 80 year old, one legged, hallucinating, on pain medication, woman to sign a loan on a 2020 Chevy Malibu. J.C. can not drive and has not had a drivers licence since her car wreck that caused her amputation 8+ years ago. **. thought she was co-siging a loan but later discovered, after recieving the title of the car, that she was the owner, not the co-signer like she thought. **.'s daughter then went to Morlan Chrysler in Cape and informed them of **.'s condition, and was informed that the salesman drove **., the son-in-law to the hospital. Morlan Chrysler will not let **., an 80 year old, one legged women, on high doses of pain medicine, who did not understand what she was siging, out of the contract. This business practice should be illegal, it certainly is unethical. I can not recommend even 1 star for this unethical company, but I was forced to choose a star rating.
