*** was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process. He answered any questions I had at any point. The team that came out to repair my roof was quick and efficient. Amp Restoration and Roofing (******) did a great job and was very easy to work with. I had some major hail damage to my house including needing a total roof replacement. I had no idea how to navigate the insurance claim and ****** took over that whole process much to my relief. I basically didn't have to do anything other than call my insurance agent after the hail storm and then hand it over to Amp. The work was done quickly despite massive hail damage in the area and they were very busy. They did my whole neighborhood and everyone is extremely happy. I can not say enough about the spectacular customer service I received from this company. Matt was my representative that was beyond perfect. My husband passed away after he placed a roof claim with our insurance company. Me being a new widow had no idea about “ roof language “ and he explained and showed me everything that was damaged and explained the roof terminology. We had extensive hail damage to our home, garage, and three buildings on our farm. A friend recommended AMP and their representative ****. He was always available and worked with our adjuster to get our claim filed and then our repairs scheduled. The workers were professional, did good work, and cleaned up when they were done. They put a roof on my house after a storm with large hail caused damage to my roof . Everyone was great starting with ****** he was my first contact with your Company. I worked with ****** for a new roof due to the hail storm in May. He was Fabulous to work with and offered several options for me to see shingle colors on real life houses instead of only the chip or photo. The process was quick and straightforward. Worked well with my insurance and made my life easy. Would definitely recommend!AMP Restoration and Roofing Response
