Not very professional. One of their recruiters contacted me regarding a position. I replied stated I was interested, and asked for the full job description. The job description read like details from two different jobs were mistakenly combined in one doc. I then replied that I was available to discuss the role. I provide times over the next few days I was available to speak. No reply. I then suggested a specific time, and he agreed. Did not ask for contact info. I then provided him my number. The day when he was supposed to call, I was ready and waiting. Almost 10 minutes after the scheduled time, no call. I pinged him, and asked if he needed to reschedule. I didn't hear back for another 45 minutes. I think this agency uses what I'd call the outsourced call-center model. I believe most of their recruiters are based outside of the US. Most likely they just find candidates using keyword searches then blast out a bunch of emails without actually making sure whether the roles may be relevant to the job seekers. Doesn't really work for the type (and level) of roles I'm looking for. The last few recruiters I spoke with all took the time to discuss my experience and goals first before ever starting to look for available opportunities. I would not work with them as a job seeker, or as a hiring manager except on, maybe, entry-level roles.

I was contacted over and over by a Rose International employee about a possible job at 7:30 am multiple times and days. Text messages from **** at 6:00am in the morning. I am in the same time zone as that stated company location, To be contacted before 8am is disrespectful. It got to the point where I had to turn on do not disturb. If I did not answer the call, a text message would arrive minutes late. Followed by another call, text message and now a email. The employees accent was very hard to understand the. I am not employed by the company, therefore it IS NOT reason to contact anyone before 8am. A bill collector CAN NOT contact someone before 8 am and after 9pm. Where is it ok to call someone about a possible job before 8am? When looking at the company website looks like only sexual harassment is the only harassment that is addressed.

Beware! These people do not mean what they say and will encounter a lot of unprofessional individuals who clearly practice discrimination. The clients you will service only steal your ideas and make you feel inadequate when you have many years of experience. You will be placed in situations that will be extremely hard to prove your case. Again BEWARE!

I was hired by this company in the Georgia region worked there for about three months everything was okay. Except for the professionalism and keeping employee integrity intact. From start I was officially hired by this company in June my assignment start date got pushed out multiple times I was to a point that I almost gave up with waiting for an official start date. I officially had to ask for a new offer letter three times for my start in August. I worked with ****** for three months thru them. I was recently contacted by ********************* Recruiter - Rose ********** Team telling me about a CS position in my area for ******** I was immediately suspicious, offering a temp position in ** at $20.00 an hr yeah... that would be great though. I also went to their website, which looks like a high school kids project that barely passed. Beware of these people they are scammers.
