I have had numerous problems with this company for years. I have lost a job because of them not being on time and constantly changing times without notifying the parents. I have a bus driver that constantly picks with myself and my child. She has even acted like she was gonna hit my truck with the bus one time. She now blocks my truck in with the bus instead of pulling over to the curb to pick up the kids. I have talked to all supervisors and no one is willing to help me with this woman. She continuously makes it known that she has a personal problem with me and my child and the bus company wont even discipline her. I have asked for a corporate number and they refuse to give me a different number or person. The man that is supposedly the corporate guy will not return my calls.

I am the soon to be former Director of Human Resources representing Apple Bus Company.

Apple Bus was wholly purchased by First Student in March of this year. After Dec. 31, 2022, many @applebuscompany.com emails will likely not find their way to the proper person. Please send any and all email communications regarding this matter to ***************************

Apple Bus has a school bus operation in Amarillo, TX. This complaint came from a parent of one of the students who ride one of the buses in that area. I reached out to the District Manager over our Amarillo operation and he responded as follows:

The parent reached out to me to complain about her route times and that the driver tried to hit her truck. I spoke to her on the phone and told her I would investigate her claims and provide a response. We completed the investigation and could not validate her complaints.

We checked her OTP (On Time Percentage) and stop times and they were almost perfect. I looked at the video of the day our driver allegedly almost hit her truck, and it was false.

As you can see, we responded to her complaint, investigated, and found the allegations to be unfounded. Please let me know if anything else is required to close this complaint.
