I'm having similar issues as others and believe they do discriminate against domestic violence victims. This didn't happen just once but twice. They also discriminate against people with disabilities. Not just talking about me. I saw them treating people with disabilities really bad. I'm talking about a woman who walked bent over. It was traumatizing for me to watch. They also made it so I can't seek help from another company because they own the only ones available. I'm just referring to the Eldon office. They are trying to kick me away a few months after trying to kill myself.Review from Sheena P

This company promotes Behavioral Health but I was fired over it. I had an employee who was being kicked out of her house and had no where to go so I told her she could stay with me until she figured things out. She is only 20 and called me on a Sunday night in tears and lived an hour away so I went to help her. Someone at work turned us in and when I got asked about it, I told the truth. I had never been in trouble at work before or wrote up and they fired me over it and is now denying my unemployment. They also never asked my boss about my performance. I had never called into work, my staff loved me, and my work was excellent and none of that matter. Worst company I have ever worked for!Review from Nora S

Compass Health has been milking the Medicaid system on my behalf for well over 8 years now. I have ask repeatedly for them to stop coming by my home and they refuse to! They bill whether or not I open the door to interact with them. They have done NOTHING whatsoever to help me with anything in my life. However they have caused me great suffering and emotional and mental abuse. This company just keeps expanding and growing, but needs to be shut down!!! I am contacting the Missouri Attorney Generals office in hopes of getting some help getting rid of them. This organization makes Jehovah's Witnesses and Latter Day Saints look like child's play! Why is it when an organization is fraudulently scamming the government, no one cares?Review from Ashley J

This company discriminates if you are a domestic violence victim. They also misdocument things and put opinions in their charting rather than facts. This should be a place to feel safe to open up not be made like yet again you can't trust anyone. Thank you compass for being liers and documenting opinions instead of facts. I will make sure everyone in lebanon mo knows what your all about including doctors so they don't refer you.Review from Lizzie L.

I had applied to this company and had multiple issues from the start upon hiring on to the Arnold location. I was unaware of the position until another employee told me about it. Never was trained appropriately and then I transferred over to another position. I was hardly trained at that location and stuck multiple times at night by myself in High Ridge. During months past from the 1st position they kept harrasing me about a phone and laptop as told them multiple times I do not have the equipment and turned it in to the supervisor on her chair even have messages stating that. They decided to let me go due to telling them through a text open your eyes to look for it. Wow, really she should had turn in the equipment. Lost my job because of this supervisor! Worse company ever!
