I bought my car April 30 2024 and now its Aug 26 2024 and I still have no title to register my car. I have contacted my salesman ******* **** on multiple occasions since purchasing the vehicle and still no title, nor any accommodations as far as at least an extended temp tag. He has offered to pay any tickets that I may get and the *** late fees that keep accumulating. Although, thats a good gesture, it isnt enough. If I were to get a ticket or my car were get towed, not only would it effect my full coverage insurance but I also wouldnt have proof of ownership to get my car out of a tow yard. I even asked for something typed up stating why I dont have my title so I could show it to the police if I were to get towed or pulled over. He couldnt even get me that either. Ive never been in the situation ever in my life! I shouldve known better back in April when ******* tried to put me in the most filthiest car Ive ever seen besides on television. He claimed it was a new trade in. He then showed me the car I have now which was also dirty but not filthy like the one before. The first car was super trashy, it looked like a hoarders car. It had crayon drawings and food wrappers everywhere. It also had the worst smell! The car I chose which is a ********************************************* It also had stains on the ceiling and other places in the car. He did get the car cleaned after I purchased it but even that was a half a** job, so I brought the car back to him for them to clean it again! If anyone has any answers to what I can do, itll be greatly appreciated. The car runs like a champ which is the only reason Im giving this place a 2 star review but overall, my experience is a 0 star. Ive also contacted my lean holders, DMV, ****************************** and a local cop. No one has the answers besides, contact your dealership which Ive done countless times.

We bought three brand new cars from them. When my husband went in with our 2020 **** Ecosport, he just wanted an oil change. They told him that if he traded in his eco-sport 2020 for a 2021 Ecosport, he could have a ************************************* May 2022. They promised him that this would just be a temporary car. My husband is a disabled veteran with a brain injury and he did not have my permission to do this transaction. I am his fiduciary and he was only approved to get an oil change. He Called me after the transaction was being completed and promised me that we would have a 2022 **** maverick with less payments than the 2021 **** Ecosport we were getting temporarily now for. He told me he already made the deal and we were kind of stuck with everything. I believed **** would do us right and they did not. When I called about the maverick, I was told they werent getting our order any time soon. I then asked for our older car back with less cost since were not getting the Maverick as promised with cheaper payments. We were offered a 2018 **** Fiesta with ****** more miles for only $121 less cost a month. Our 2020 Ecosport was less money!!!! They have ******* us over every Way possible. We are now having to file for bankruptcy and, thankfully keeping our car and house. But we will never do business with **** again. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can from *************** machens especially ***************** . When we went to ***************** and the general manager with the problems we were having, they didnt care. They didnt care that they lost a customer because they made a sale and they didnt care who they had to step on to make that sale. They will step all over you to make a sale because theyre not getting cars in because chips arent available to make new cars. Theyll do whatever they can to make a sale because they know that theyre not gonna have one in a long time.
