I made the mistake of purchasing two of their 4SAS4 plates during their "Ukrainian Overrun Contract Special". A couple days after making the order, a YouTuber released a video showing that these plates aren't holding up to what the manufacturer has rated them as. I emailed them to not send the items, they sent me an email back saying that the item isn't defective, I replied with please don't ship out the item. They printed a *** label and sent the item along and it arrived at my house. They sent me an email just a couple hours after it arrived that they don't accept returns or refunds on body armor plates. I'm currently in dispute with them through my credit card provider. Please don't give these people any of your business.Review from Angel H

Do not do business with these people the order said 7 to 10 business days its business day 14 I should of did my research with this company before anything with all these 1 star reviews I promise stay away

I have looked into this and you were a customer of our parent company from 2016, we are looking into why you would have received so many emails in one day as that is not something we do. The emails would have come from our new affiliate company SigGlockinColt.com and you have been removed permanently from that list.Review from Joe Z

Fair price on item via website. That is where good things end with TACTICAL Shit/Web Corp. **** Order an item and they will take your money instantly. Now getting your ite. Is another story. No way to speak to a live person. All done via email which you don't get a reply from. Scam! Not sure if I will ever get my purchase or money back. Three weeks with out either!Tactical Sh*t Response

******, the online contact at Tactical sh*t seems to be an automated response, and the order I placed over a month ago has not been delivered. They happily took my money and did not ship the product I ordered off their site. Several attempts to deal with this situation have failed. ****** and tactical sh*t are just that. ****. Worst **************** ever!!! Stay away I ordered a1000 rounds of in stock ammunition on April 19th, as of this email I have not received or heard anything from this seller. They said it's sent after a brief email but can't produce a tracking number. Nobody answers the phone. I left several messages and emails with no response or movement on this order. They must be held responsible for their deceptive practice.Tactical Sh*t Response

We do apologize for the delay. Since he is a ** customer, the *** must be sent over to compliance for review which takes a couple days longer than normal processing which is 5-7 business days. Product knowledge and customer service is excellent. Any issues that I am reading in other reviews seem to be handled. I am surprised with it having such a low score. I have always had great experiences with Tactical Sh*t and their staff. I imagine people ordering online have issues due to the always present distributions problems everyone has seen due to the worlds current situations. I believe a lot of items are drop shipped from the manufacturers. Also the every changing laws, be it federal or state can prevent or slow shipping. Tactical Sh*t has always handled any of my issues or concerns in a very respectful and responsive fashion. I will definitely continue to patronize this establishment.Review from Gerald S

The customer was refunded his purchase per his demand when he was yelling and cussing at customer service over the phone.
