I purchased a case of Stellar Crown from them on 6/30/24. Poke nerds did not ship or communicate about the status of my order for over a week after the official release date. I called them on 9/20/24 to ask about the status of my order. A day or two later the order was cancelled without an explanation or reaching out to me. The item was in stock on their website so this was not an inventory issue.I am very disappointed that this store took and held my money for almost 3 months and only cancelled after I reached out to them about. Can I leave a 0 star review? I had preordered a nice bundle of Pokemon Paradox Rift ETBs back in October 2023, it was supposed to be at my door on the day of release and it never shipped, the order to this day still says unfulfilled. I sent in 3 customer support tickets and not a single one was answered. I found their discord and got a hold of a support person and they aren't giving me any answers, they keep saying that "they'll get in touch with the logistics team and get me an update" which never happens. It is now February **** and I've gotten this runaround message from them 3 times, so please stay away from this store at all costs!Review from Heather L

I had the worst experience with the owner. It seems Im not the only one who thinks hes so very rude and has no idea what hes doing. My kids and I went into the store a few weeks ago. We purchased two items. We came home and realized we were overcharged. I called the store and the very nice girl asked me to text them. I have attached our convo. This arrogant ***** calls me tonight telling me I was harassing them. And that I need to give people time o er the holidays. Fine. But she said they were refunding me. He told me he NEVER goes in the store yet his retail people have no idea how to handle these situations. He then told me to never step foot in the store and if I did hed call the police. He was insane. I did nothing wrong. I suggested he needed to treat his customers better. He refunded me via PayPal and not even the amount he should have. Im sure this store will flop soon.Review from Brian L

Do not order online. I purchased $180 worth of pokemon cards that I still have yet to receive. I got an email saying my package was delivered, but I received nothing. I reached out and they said they would look into it. After a week, I follow back up, and this was the response I got: "Whenever a package is lost or stolen, it is always the responsibility of the receiver to file a claim! That is just how the claim system works. In fact it won't even let us do anything unless at first you file the claim!" Complete opposite from the first email where they say they'll look into it and do whatever they can to help. Also, completely false on how the claim system works, but I try to file the claim myself with **** They tell me the package was given to **** to be delivered, so I can't do anything.Review from Suzanne L

I purchased my son's Halloween costume in 2022 from PokeNerds. I ended up having to purchase 2 of them because the first one was too big for my son and customer service has been completely non-responsive to 4 different emails I sent, per the return policy protocols. I even called the brick and mortar store and they assured me I shouldn't have a problem returning it if I emailed them. But 3 months later, I've received no response. So while the product itself was great and very loved by my son (hence a gracious 3 stars), I would not recommend purchasing anything that you may want to return from their online store.Review from Chad T

Pokenerds is the only company I trust when buying pokemon cards online. They are super friendly when answering questions about products or orders and provide the best service. I would recommend this company to anyone who is a pokemon tcg fan or collector.Review from Pau V

Let me tell you that this retailer is the real deal, they have amazing customer service and a great online team. Also, this retailer also has Japanese Imports of Pokmon items which is pretty rare here in **********. The community that they have built not only at their physical store but also through online means is a very wholesome and inclusive community. I recently found out that it's a veteran owned business, which made me love the store even more as I knew that I was supporting a veteran owned small business. If that doesn't get you on board then your love for Pokemon sure will, they have plenty of cute plushies, rare Pokmon items (from a Pokmon Cookbook to a decor), and best of all huge card collections with constant restock. Great prices and sweet deals, what's not to love!Review from Justin F

I have never had any issue with the Pokenerds. I feel they have always offered fair pricing in regards to market and given great customer service, which is why I have no problem supporting them over other shops.Review from Tony H

A friendly environment on discord and n steam where they really do try to help when possible great store. When I didnt have any stores around to get cards I was happy that pokenerds was there for my card opening itch. Definitely a place to check out! New Pokmon card release, plushies, Japanese imports THEY HAVE IT ALL
