  I have proof and evidence to support my complaint. There are too many documents, correspondences, videos, police reports and court petitions to upload however I am more than willing to supply any or all on request. I have filed complaints with the business, the ********** of ******** the Attorney General of Illinois, HUD, FTC and ****************** of ********* Affairs as well as filing police report(s) and filing petition for protection with Sangamon County Clerk of Courts, Springfield Police **********, Sangamon County Sheriff **********, and CWLP. Despite contacting all these agencies and informing them of our situation and the fraudulent business practices, we have not seen any action taking to investigate, stop and/or prevent the attacks on us. We purchased a trailer from Ridge Village MHP LLC and paid $2900 in down payment and security deposit. We never received the contract or the site lease. When we moved in there was no running water for weeks and we had to repair ourselves. The **** system was removed along with the stove and washer/dryers that were part of the sale. The trailer appeared to be remodeled but we quickly found that it was all a cover up.. There is no floor under the laminate and is caving in at the entrance, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, they disconnected our power and space heaters didn't stop pipes from bursting 01/2023 3 layers of shingles on a roof that leaks badly in multiple locations, From August 2023 to date, we were targeted, harassed, threatened, physically assaulted. We are forced to live in an unhabitable unit with no air no heat and no power since December 2023 . Yesterday February 15, 2024, an eviction complaint has been filed against us with-out grounds. We are desperate and in danger. We purchased the trailer (contract for deed) only to find out that they don't own the trailers and have been sold at tax sale. We are not the only residents who have been a victim of this fraud, harassment, intimidation, theft and damage.

  The tenants in this unit have not paid, they received a 5 day non payment and are currently in eviction court, the date for trial is 3.12.24. I attached a ledger showing they have paid $1000.00 in a total of 9 months. We have tried multiple times to remedy the situation but neither tenant wants to do that. They were told by the previous manager to get the power and gas in their own names but never did. When I took over the park for management I had the power and gas disconnected from the parks account. I had to install a water meter due to water theft by tenants. The tenants have destroyed the home since moving in, removed all appliances and furnace. They did the same thing at the previous residence where they were living. There has been no harassment nor physical assaults as claimed. ****** filed a protection order thinking it was stopping the eviction, it is not, they will still be evicted. We run a clean and family oriented park and over half of the homes on our property are privately owned.
