When I went looking at the bedroom set, I was told by **** that the lights for the bed had been ordered, and the lights are very specific to this lamp. A week later when I went in to buy the bedroom set, I was told they would check to see when the lights were coming in. A week later my bedroom set was deliveredwith No lights for the bed. We are almost a month out from first being told they were ordered, no date of delivery still with no lights, no answers, and **** hanging up on my aggravated husband. I was also told these very specific light bulbs were on a matching king size bed in the store. when I called last week, **** says let me look, while a man obviously on speakerphone says we dont have that bed anymore. So, evidently no one knows where or when Ill have lights for a brand new bed.

Customer bought the bedroom set on June 7th and was told the lights would be ordered. No time frame was given on how long they would take to come in. In general, in takes a few weeks to even a month to get repair parts in and so far it has been 12 days. Customers husband was cursing on the phone and said he would like his money back, so I agreed to pick it up for a full refund. After agreeing to pick the bedroom up and give a refund ****** called back and asked for the manufacturer because she was going to order them herself. My offer to pick up the bedroom for a full refund still stands and we also are checking on how long it is going to be before the lights will be received.Review from Jamie G

When a manager tells you they are going to fix a huge mistake on their part to do with the financing do not expect them to really do it. Lying to customers about 12 month financing and them finding out it was only 6 month financing when they receive a bill that added $250 worth of interest they were not expecting is bad business to me. Will not ever do business with them again and will never recommend them to anyone I know. I understand mistakes happen but not really owning up to it and doing the right thing is a giant character flaw for a business that I want no part of.Furniture Finds Response

*****,***** will try to call you today again, but when you called on the 31st he was able to reverse the financing option to 12 months so the interest charges will be taken off and it will be changed to a 12 month plan. He tried to contact you on the 31st but he wasn't able to leave a message on your phone.
