    My transmission went out, my truck was taken to Suttran for it to be rebuilt in December 2023. I was told it would only take a week for it to be rebuilt and that it had a full warranty. It took almost a month longer than what I was told to get my truck back. When I went to get my truck back on January 6th 2024, we waited around over 4 hours, couldn't get ahold of them, they called the night before told us to meet them at the shop the next day, that I truck was finished. They had lost my keys, kept trying to tell me keys that weren't mine were. We had to wait another hour while someone we t to get my keys from the owners house. March 10th 2024 I broke down, the transmission over heated. March 11th we contacted Suttran and the vehicle was towed back to them m, which cost $160. We were told because I was a single mother and the trick was my daily and only vehicle it would take presidency, that it was under warranty. My vehicle hasn't been worked on. They won't resume phone calls, I have left notes on my truck. There are notes on there front door to call and they will return calls. They don't. They have torn down their sign, vehicles are leaving their lot. I haven't been updated or call back. I have to have my vehicle fixed and or my money back, due to having two children and my job. I am a single mother, I can't afford to lose my job and right now I am out $2,460 and my only vehicle isn't operational as it should be which is what the $2,300 was paid for in January in the first place. I need help getting this issue resolved, I have tried everything I can. I must have my vehicle to support my children.

    I had my transmission "rebuilt" by these guys a year ago. They have had to work on it a few times since then, mostly because I don't think he rebuilt it at all. I called him 3 weeks ago to tell him it was acting up again and he said it was under warranty and to bring it in, so I did. He had it for two weeks and called me to say that the warranty had expired, and that it was going to cost me an additional $1300 for him to "rebuild" it again. In addition, he charges $1 per part, but then turns around and charges $2K for labor.

    This customer was warned about his abusive driving and neglect of the vehicle.  The vehicle was out of warranty when it was returned for the third time.
