The customer service was was beyond helpful , The Quality, Price and Rent to Own options along with financing And the Guaranteed Approval with no credit check . -10 Rating!!Nothing but problems! Silverline told us the finance company was repoing the trailer. So they had the trailer repoed but told us for **** we could get it back and so we sent an ACH from our bank. Talked with the finance company they have no paperwork on this trailer. Said that silverline is scamming **. That if the finance comapny was going to do a repo they would have contacted ** NOT Silverline. Now the place that has our trailer says they want no part of it. And they will ***************** back since we have All documentation proving the trailer should have never been taken from **. When we called them back Silverline headquarters sent out an email stating they cant speak with **. Our attorney will be handling it. Anyone else getting scammed contact **! We can all work together to make Silverline make things right!Horrible service by ***** who says he's in charge but is **** and unwilling to even diacuss things.

The customer originally wrote us a check for the down payment and the check bounced. After contacting them to make it right they wouldn't correct this issue and would not return the trailer. It wasn't until the trailer was picked up by a recovery company and returned to our possession that the customer reached out and wanted to obtain the trailer back. At that time, after the recovery company picked up the trailer and that bill was paid by our company, they wanted to ach the original $4,000 to fix the bad check issue. Once the payment was made, the finance company needed more documentation to process their contract. The customer failed to provide that documentation so the finance company refused the contract. We expressed to the customer that we would be happy to work with them if they would like the cash purchase option or had a financial institution of their own and would take a partial discount on the trailer for the money that they already paid. The customer expressed that did not want to go through with either of those options. Our company policy is once a customer threatens legal action we no longer have contact, that is why the representative refused to discuss the issue further and expressed that the customers attorney would need to be the one that reaches out.
