            I visited Subway on 10/03/2023 at 11:51am. When I went to pay for my sandwich with my debit card there is a option 10%, 15%, or 20% to leave a tip. I asked the guy do I have to leave a tip and he said that I have to leave a tip. I gave him a 15% tip. and there was not a option to decline giving a tip. So, I went to the police station in Eldon and talked with them about this. They stated that they would check it out. So they came to our business and they informed my husband to turn it in to the BBB. I do not think you should not have to give them a tip if you are getting a sandwich to go. I would like a refund in the amount of $2.35.

            we never told our customer to tip, and we do have skip option on our pin pad. our guest selects tips and if they don't want to tip it, they can skip it.
