I just stopped working for this idiot. I was one of the crew leads in his landscaping ***** And you should have seen some of the shady things they pull to save a dollar and more importantly. To cost the costumer more without them knowing. Like buying more mulch than needed, just to use at his house or putting mulch directly on tall grass. Instead of removing the grass and putting weed barrier down. Just so they can charge you a monthly weed removal to keep it looking nice. If the barrier was down. You wouldn't have one weed for at least 3 months and wouldn't show up till the mulch started to decay. That is why mulch is done in the fall. I own ********* Odd *************** LLC and was only working there to get more hours to pay some bills. If you want a real landscaping company to give you clear and honest bids. You can text me at *************. I travel a 2hr area from my home location. He doesn't even treat his employees right. Taking out wage deductions without telling you and not wanting to explain them. To charging extra high prices for mandatory uniforms. We had a heat index of 115 and still had to work full days. He finally had us start at 6am and stop at 2pm (no lunch hour allowed for an 8hr day) after workers started dropping from the heat. And he claims to be an ALL AMERICAN company that just so happens to have 5/6 of his workforce being illegal Mexicans. The common language around the shop is Spanish. ****** the owner, is as 2 faced as you can get. MAKE SURE ALL YOUR CONTRACTS ARE 100% DETAILED!!!

*****************************, now goes by ***** theres your first clue. Anyways, BBB is for customer reviews NOT ex-employees. All of his complaints are false while trying to better his company, another clue. And by the way, we do about 380 mulch jobs per season and a little over 1.2 million in sales last year, if ******** great at his work/company, WHY WAS HE WORKING FOR A KICK IN THE GRASS LAWN SERVICE???? And Im the idiot? Right! He worked for us for about 3 weeks, asking if a lot of our equipment was for sale that he wanted to purchase, another clue A very weird fella indeed, but tried to make it work. He did try out to be come a crew leader but did not last due to straight up quitting on us while not putting his two weeks in, work ethic, getting jobs done with-in the scope of work, and with-in the time frame allotted for each job. I always give the employee a few weeks to figure out how WE do things, I am the boss, and what I say goes, period. He had no idea on the contract side of the business, he was simply a laborer. The above complaint is all bogus as he had zero info as far as WHAT the customer was paying for and WHAT the customer was not paying for. You can see in the attached video how well he worked, he is the one sitting in the truck while ******** else is workingBitter sweat in the end, bitter as I had high hopes for him in the company, sweat by he could not follow directions how we do things very well, and everything was wrong or thats not how I do itmentality! Also all the other employees unfortunately could not stand him and are glad hes gone, so now I no longer have to put up with that mess. We wish him the best, but does have a few loose screws. I think that ******* has some mental issues going on, does not want to work hard for what he has, like me or my brother, and sue ******** in hopes he gets rich off other people/businesses,as he finds what he can twist to his advantage so to speak! Come to think about it, he did tell two of my other employees that he has two lawsuits with two other employers he worked for for the same reasons They say transvestites have daddy issues, maybe if he starts there by forgiving his father and saying hes sorry, this my lead him in the right direction and save ********s time and anguish that he runs into or works for. That should also save him about $65,000 on a psychiatrist, your welcome *******! Thanks for reading.
