            I called and scheduled an appointment to have a garage door spring replaced. I was out of town and my house sitter was home while the work was done. The sitter was told a receipt would be sent via text. The sitter gave the repair person my phone number and I never got the receipt. I saw the amount I was charged and compared prices with other local competitors and it seems I was over charged by 30-40%. *** called once a day for the last 7 days requesting a receipt. I still havent received a receipt and was told multiple times I would get a call from a manager. I never received a phone call and the person on the phone rushes to get off the phone every time I call. I am respectful with the employees and never get an answer why I havent received a receipt or call back. I was told they dont have my information in the system even though the work was done on 11/5/23. I would like a receipt and an explanation for the price being more than competitors when I was told on the phone it wasnt an emergency service. The information on their website for the company address is inaccurate, the reviews on ****** for the company are fake, and I cannot find the company in an LLC search. The company name charge on my credit card doesnt match the name on the companies website.
