We purchased a travel trailer on 11/18/2023 from ***** (Salesman) and *********************** (Credit Manager and **). The purchase price of the unit was ********. Before it was all said and done we ended up financing almost ********. **** added on a extended service warranty(2124.00) and a paint and protection plan (*******). We signed all the paper work on the day we purchased the unit and never received any copies of the paper work. *********************** told us the policies are cancelable. We picked up the unit on 12/1/2023. We went through the walk through and was getting ready to leave with still no copies of any paperwork in my hands. I had to ask for copies of everything. When I finally received copies of the paper work going over everything I found several mistakes and called **** to ask him about the discrepancies. First thing I noticed the paint and protection the we purchased states it is Interior Only and **** told us it was both exterior and interior and it also states it is for a 0-20' towable rv (or unit is 25 '). The bill of sale does not have the paint and protection plan on it (it is for some reason added into the price of the unit and other options). The loan paper has it on there. The loan paperwork and the bill of sale do not match, There is also a paper that states what Optimum RV owes us and it is not listed. Dec 5 I called **** to ask him to please send me a copy of the repair order stating that the paint and protection was actually applied. **** sent me an invoice that states Paint and Fab per customer request. There is not any listing of what the product was and a lot number for the product. The invoice also states Date and time in: 11/20/2023 2:24 pm, date and time out 12/5/2023 2:24 pm with Date appointment initiated of 12/5/2023 2:24 pm. The repair order was made after the unit was already picked up. I do not believe that the Paint and Fab protection was ever applied to the unit. I called to the Festus location and found out the **** is not the ** and the a person named ****** is. I left a message for him to call me back (he never returned my call). I also called the the main office in ******* on 1/22/24 and spoke to ** and he was supposed to have someone call me back the same day or the next day. I still am yet to hear from anyone.
