    Needed 2 prong outlets grounded into 3 prongs. Was gonna do 5 total outlets for over $1k. ******* came to do the initial look and we told him we had concrete floors/steel trusses. He said that was no issue. A week later, his workers arrive and had no idea about the floors. They dented and damaged my wall on the first outlet to where we have to repaint (currently don't have matching paint as we just bought the house) and the outlet plate no longer covers the entire hole in the wall. They couldn't figure out how to drill through the floor so they called *******. He showed up and walked into my house without knocking or saying a word to either of us. Talked to his men about the job and didn't include me in the decision making. He wanted to put outlet boxes on the floor under the existing outlet so they'd be sticking out from the baseboard. Absolutely not. They ended up taking off the baseboards and managed to finally get the first outlet done after over 4 hours. They left for the day and all of a sudden, half my kitchen had no power. They came back out to fix it after 4 missed calls and an angry voicemail. Didn't say when to expect them, just showed up the next morning to do the other outlets but had more problems since they were on outer walls. They put two GFIs in (which I could've done myself) and called it good. I told them not to do the remaining two outlets. They also opened up my hall closet for unknown reasons, it fell off the hinge, and they just put a self-tapper into the hinge without saying anything. My deposit was $535. That's way too much for wall damage, damage to my basement ceiling, a random s**** hole in my floor under the outlet, a messed up closet hinge, a huge headache, and for work we didn't originally agree on. Disappointed in the work and I shouldn't have to overpay for damage and what we didn't ask for. ******* was rude and didn't prepare his employees for the job. It's not what we asked for and now my house has damage.

    We hired this company to do some work for us, we hired them in May. They did $6800 worth of H33343630**3038333835Hal work. They didn&#**;t start until July. I paid them over $1500 for materials. They had to put in a new panel and they said they would be finished in one day. They didn&#**;t return to complete the job until august 29th. Four days after the completion of the job, I went to use the dishwasher, and the dishwasher sounded like a jet engine then stopped dead. I went to buy a new dishwasher after the Labor Day weekend. When I tried using the old one, I ended up with water all over my kitchen, hardwood floor. When the new dishwasher was installed the technician said I had the wrong voltage coming into the dishwasher. H323435**313632323435H technician admitted they messed up. After that, they wouldn&#**;t take my calls. I finally reached them and they said they would pay for the new dishwasher if I provided the receipts. I provided them what they asked for. The secretary confirmed that they received them. The total was $865.00. So far I haven&#**;t received a refund from them. I have called them, but they haven&#**;t returned my calls.

    The company provided a check for $735.78 which is acceptable to me.
