            I placed an order with Real Leather LLC on their website for a bike rack in the amount of $449.99 on Oct 2nd. I received acknowledgment of my order number #****. I cancelled the order within 24 hours on Oct 3. I did not receive any acknowledgment nor any updates of a potential delivery date nor have I received the product. Real Leather utilizes Afterpay to handle payment. Afterpay is continuing to invoice me for the product divided into 4 payments of $122.50. They state the vendor of their record is ******** LLC who I do not know how they are involved. I attempted to communicate several times with all parties and response. I have stopped payment through my credit card company with Afterpay and charges are pending investigation. Can you help?

            Email I wrote this business after calling my ***** **** to stop payment. “ Please cancel my order # **** IMMEDIATELY! I have already **** company. Your address and telephone numbers are BOGAS. You are listed as a scam company. I have meds an aren’t to contact you to cancel this purchase and your phone number when answered said I had made too many calls to you in a short print of time. Please respond to this email immediately and cancel my order # **** immediately. ” I had made a purchase order # **** for a Dometic CFX3 75 Dual Zone Powered Cooler. This was written in their online Website, *********************************  DOMETIC CFX3 75DZ I POWERED COOLER 75 LITER $1 750.00 or 4 interest-free payments of $175.00 with ********@ $699.99 Before making my purchase I used the “Contact Is” link at the bottom of their website. I wrote this email to them: Beginning of email sent; Country Code: US Name: **** ***** ****** ******************** Body: Dometic CFX3 75 Dual Zone Powered Cooler for sale. “DOMETIC CFX3 75DZ I POWERED COOLER 75 LITER $1 750.00 or 4 interest-free payments of $175.00 with ********@ $699.99“ Is this cooler new in unopened box? Thank you ****” End of email sent. They responded with affirmation quickly. After making my online purchase using my ***** ****, I had second thoughts because of the price being so low. I tried calling and emailing and tried to find where I could cancel my order. The option did not exist. Very concerned I searched the company name On ****** for a business check. I found in the site ******.com the following entry “r/Scams ******** ************ ** Join Anyone know anything about ‘Real Leather LLC’, prices are low maybe even a little too low…”. The entry confirmed that Real Leather LLC is a scam company. I called my ***** **** for stop payment dispute. They said call back after payment posts. I want them to cancel my order and cancel my pmt.

            I ordered a bike rack (order #****) and I have not received my item. I have email 4 times without any reply. I ahve called 1x and noone picked up the phone. I left a message and no return call has been recieved. I have not been priovided a tracking number nor have I received the item which cost $449. Can you please help so I can get my item or my money refunded. Thank you, ****
