They where professional they had to run pipes from the basement to the upper plumbing in the kitchen area and the crew also had to replace plumbing in bathroom also these professionals had to go inside the both walls to replace plumbing

Had Pierpoint plumbing come out to clean a main sewer line that was backing up. After three trips it still was backing up. I was told they guarantee their work they did not. Finally hired anther company and the problem was fixed first time Also got billed for a tub diverter repair they did not do. Then got threatened to pay the **** in 30 days or they will increase it 10%. Got that in a text never got a call back ti discuss it.Pierpoint Plumbing, LLC Response

We were at your residents 10/29/21to fix the tub spout you called about We returned 10/30/21 to pulled two toilets to snake a upstairs clog. Took you 2 months to pay the invoice. We then came 2/10/22 to again to cable the main we pulled tons of wet wipes out and advised not to use wet wipes no more.You called again for us to come out 2/28/22 and no one answered calls or text or us knocking on the door said sorry tenant wasnt home.We then returned 3/5/22 And cable the drain again and pulled more wet wipes out. We advise before not to flush wet wipes. We do not warranty sewer cabling. As this is exactly why, we cant control and you cant control what your tenants put down the drain. During an emergency, ******+ gallon water loss/break, they showed up on time , solved our problems, worked day and even into the evening. They were polite, hard working and reasonably priced. Will use them on all future needs!
