I love Lets Make Art and have found the customer service to be excellent. I dont need to buy an art subscription as Im a professional *************** artist, but *** has helped me tremendously to loosen up my style, and though its taken time, it has paid off. Thank you to all the *** team- I know you work hard and do your best! Thanks so much to your shipping team too!

I spent over $150 on Cyber Monday this year and have not received my items or an explanation as to why. These were Christmas gifts and I can't get my items or a response about when I will receive them. It is SO disheartening to feel like you are supporting a small business with a focus you believe in and then be completely let down.Let's Make Art Holdings, LLC Response

The boxes and tutorials are wonderful and easy to follow. I was disappointed to see that the art books and coloring books are double what they run on other sites. Will definitely be price shopping before ordering from them in the future.Let's Make Art Holdings, LLC Response

I'm sad to see negative reviews, as I've had nothing but good experiences with Let's Make Art. Shipping is a bit slow (a few weeks instead of a few days), but it's a small business and it's not imperative to receive the items quickly. I'm willing to wait a little longer to support a small business. The online tutorials are awesome and the materials high quality. They even provide outlines and tutorials online for free! If you have paint and paper, you can follow along. I've only ever needed to contact customer service once, but they prompty responded and my issue was resolved satisfactory. Painting is so therapeutic and I'm grateful to Let's Make Art for helping me to find some peace.Let's Make Art Holdings, LLC Response
