    I purchased a window tint for my wife's new car on 12-21-22 for 292.57. The salesperson was ***** ********. Invoice number ******. I did not know her new car windows were already tinted. We waited until March for it to warm up so there would be no problems with the tinting. I returned to the store on March 13th and I was told by an employee that the windshield could not be tinted because of the electronics built into the windshield. I asked for a refund and was told they didn't have enough money to return for a cash sale and to come back later in the week. I returned on Sat March 18 and was told they could not make a refund because it was a gift card. I was not told at the time of the sale that a gift card could not be refunded. It is not specified in the contract. I should have been told upon the sale that they would not refund any money. I want my 292.57 returned to me.

    I have talked to ****** ****** and I am sending him a company check in the amount of $292.57  to refund him in full for his gift card purchase.  It will be mailed today 3-22-23.

    Custom Sounds & Tint installed an automatic starter on my car. My car would not start, and a mechanic diagnosed the automatic start as the issue. I took the car to Custom Sounds to have it removed. After giving me various, and contradictory, explanation, they eventually removed the starter. My vehicle was left outside without the doors locked. An intruder severely damaged my steering column trying to steal my car, and Custom Sounds and tint refuses to repair the damage caused by their negligence.

    Our ******** ******* ***** **** made an attempt to contact the customer. He spoke with a gentleman who identified himself as the "Family Attorney" and said he would send a letter via email to ***** ****. We never received the letter. 
    We look forward to hearing from you so that we can do everything possible to resolve the matter in a timely manner.

    I had a stereo system and my tint done on my Camaro. Spent almost $3000. I noticed the next day that the back bumper had scratch marks like someone stood on the bumper and slid down. There was a shoe print. I called and they said the always put bubble wrap there first. Well apparently the bubble wrap does not protect the car. These were 100% not there before. I take my car to car shows and I detail it So I know what my car looks like. Now about the tint. The car already had tint but I wanted the back window redone because at the top it's white and bubbly. When I picked the car up I asked about why it was still there. They did do new tint but he said it will correct itself within 30 days. Well it's been just about 30 days and it's looks the same . I called ****** at the south county store in ******** and he said oh that part won't go away. The whole reason I had this done was to fix this problem. I should have been told this before the work was done. I am extremely dissatisfied with this whole thing. For that much money I would have expected way more care with my car and also to not have the original problem still there.

    I had a alarm and remote starter installed at this location that I purchased from them. The installation caused wiring issues that found out about via another shop diagnostics. I paid to have the problem fixed and contacted the location about the problem I also went to the location with paperwork from the shop to show my claim against the installation they did on my truck. They made a copy and told me theyll be in contact. I also went online and file for help via through a Manager and no response. So I called and 1 gentleman was rude about the situation and transfered me to another gentleman who referred me to their site basically blowing me off.
