            BBB unable to locate business
            **** ***** visited our office in Grove City, Ohio, in August. He was offering a "partnership" with *** ********, and selling advertising in the local *** ******** locations. Two months after he left, we received an advertising "proof", which we approved, and then nothing. I reached out to them a month later, and they said that two days before I reached out to them that the advertising went in to the stores... However, they supposedly went to different stores than we had selected. He assured us when he was here that the Hilliard location and the Grove City locations were available. Now that I'm questioning it, they point out a disclaimer (in fine print) in their contract that "if the ad venue is unavailable, unmarketable, or should cease operations, *** ******* reserves the right to move the advertiser to the nearest other ad venue available". We were told that these locations were available, or we would not have signed this agreement. I've been asking them for a phone call, and they have not called. Now that I'm looking in to it, I see that they owned another "company" that they closed: "********* ***********, also run by **** and ****** ****** at the same address. ********* closed its doors with an F rating and 27 complaints, 14 of which were UNANSWERED." I want a full refund of $4,000, because no services were delivered.
