I needed to renew my license plates, but in order to do so, I had to have a ** Motor Vehicle Inspection. I made an appt for May 10th at ** Complete *********** Liberty (Telle *********** Centers - Liberty) for them to do an inspection, change my oil, & replace my left front turn signal bulb. My son took my car to the appt, as I was teaching. When I arrived at home on 5/10, I saw ************ Motor Vehicle Inspection REJECTION notice. ** Complete *********** Liberty changed my oil & REJECTED my inspection stating that I needed:1 of my Inner Tie *** ***s was removed & replaced with a new Inner Tie *** *** & then a front & rear wheel alignment = $386.33 1 of my turn signal light bulbs was replaced (well, yes, of course, that is why I requested the bulb be replaced when I made the appointment why KC Complete *********** Liberty didnt replace the bulb? Who knows?= $28.62 All of the work was going to cost me TOTAL= $443.96.My vehicle is regularly maintained by a ************* had not had any trouble with driving or steering, nor had I experienced any vibration or shaking nor heard any, rattling, clunking, or knocking. I contacted & made an appointment with another mechanic to replace my turn signal light bulb & inner tie rod end. Estimated cost $211.26 The mechanic quickly & easily changed my bulb, then went to fix my inner tie rod end. After a while, he asked me why I requested that he replace it because it doesnt have anything wrong w/it. I showed him the inspection rejection & explained that I havent had any trouble w/driving or steering, or experienced any vibration or shaking, nor heard any, rattling, clunking, or knocking. I contacted ** Complete *********** Liberty back & they said that I could bring my car back in & they would show me what is wrong with it. At this point & after seeing the other reviews & countless complaints shared w/me on ************* I dont want them to touch my vehicle. It is evident that this business has a shady & criminal practice.

I had my car towed to this establishment because it wouldn't start. The battery was full. All electronics still worked. They ran a diagnostic and called me saying they needed to run a deeper diagnostic for $139. I had no other choice but to do it. They let me know they were getting codes they needed to bypass. They weren't for sure why the anti-theft lock was being triggered preventing my car from starting so they said I needed a new starter even though the anti-theft system lock code was a problem. They told me it would be $790. $400 for just the starter for a 2008 **** fusion. I checked around for the price of a starter. This establishment up charged me 300%. I decided to have my car towed elsewhere. When they rolled my car out of the shop the battery was completely dead. They said they had my car running and it drained my battery but since I wasn't fixing my car through them they aren't obligated to charge my battery back to full. The manager proceeded to argue with me out the door about the battery saying I was at fault. Very rude. They tried ripping me off because they thought I knew nothing about cars. The tow truck driver that picked up my vehicle said he has heard nothing but bad things about this establishment. Now I know why he said that. I had a very horrible experience here. The manager was very rude. I didn't appreciate being ripped off either. I still had to pay for the expensive diagnostic.
