    I got my car shopped closed container. This was a pretty expensive car. Daniel at Nations assured me that my car would be shipped closed container. They took a video showing the car being loaded and the driver id etc. When I received the car 5 days later, it looked like it had been driven through a sand storm. It was full of dust as well the entire hood had small rock chips. The truck and the driver were not the same. While Daniel sweet talked me to ensure he will fix the situation, he did nothing. Quite like the other review, he assured me he is working on it but never did. Finally I disputed the charge with my cc company and he then follows to say that he will not be able to help me anymore. He is a crook and I encourage people not to work with this person or company.

    I have shipped cars with other carriers before. Typically you put down a deposit and pay the rest on delivery. This was not properly communicated with me. Miscommunication happens often in business. My issue is Daniel a senior sales rep who is extremely unprofessional. He got upset with me due to me not understanding properly the payment and pick up arrangement details. When I spoke to Daniel the first time over the phone he told me that my daughter in Florida will pay the driver the final payment. I got a email asking me for payment in full before pick up. I communicated to the driver who contacted me that due to non payment on my part I was not going to proceed with the pick up. I emailed someone from the company on 2/15 asking about the payment in full policy and Daniel responded and explained the payment had to be paid in full the day of pick up. This is not what he said over the phone. Therefore I did not pay, so the driver should not have been dispatched. Daniel then sent me unprofessional and rude text messages. Part of his text messages back and forth with me is the fact that I did not contact him. I replied to whoever reached out to me which was the driver and told him to cancel the order. I was surprised that he was dispatched because I did not pay for services. I have screenshots proof of this conversation. I also have screenshots of Daniel rudely communicating with me due to miscommunication. After several rude text comments towards me I told Daniel to basically F off and leave me alone and stop texting me otherwise it’s considered harassment at this point. He continued texting me three times after I asked him to stop texting me with rude text messages. After being so rude and nasty to a customer he had the nerve to say God bless you. Daniel in sales behavior was totally unprofessional and unacceptable and he harassed me by constantly texting me after I repeatedly asked him to stop. I have text messages proof of this entire communication.
