I bought a car in 2022-2023. I bought the extended warranty with it, and it was supposed to last me up to 142,000 miles. You were supposed to be able to take it to any dealership you wanted to if it wasn't Cable Dahmer all you had to do was pay the $100 deductible. So, it comes to 135,000 And my motor starts acting up. I call my warranty take my car into our shop of choice and warranty says Cable Dahmer has to release your car in order for you to be able to get it worked on. I said OK., So they sent an email. Cable Dahmer refused and said we had to Bring it back to them! NO. i refuse. I will not give Cable Dahmer no more of my money. And i don't feel that i should be forced to take my car to a dealership to get worked on. THat i dont want to take it to. I pay the car payment every month that has the warranty added in it not them. So that means I should have that choice. Plus, they said oh If you bring to us, we will come pick it up tow it here whatever you need rental anything. OK. well, where was all this when i needed an oil change and you told me i lived to far away you couldn't come pick up my car. Or when i needed service done before you couldn't deliver my car out here or pick it up i lived to far out. Or last time my other car that i got worked on i was able to pick the dealership i took it to. We live 53.1 miles from you guys and 17.1 miles from the dealership that we want to take our car to to get fixed. But they are telling us who we can take it to. So, all I'm saying is watch out when you buy that warranty. Its BS. They tell you one thing when you buy the car then when you go to use it its totally different FYI!!!!!

I bought a 2023 Camaro 2SS for roughly $50,000 it shows on sticker as having an aftermarket spoiler $985 and a black fuel filler door $295. Neither were on the car. When I notified them of the missing parts their manager Jeff Davis calls me and says it’s my fault for taking delivery of a car without all the options installed on it, he then told me they got that car from another dealership…. So he also took delivery of a car without all the options on it and proceeded to sell it with those options not installed but still charged for it. He has since told me he will order them but that was 2 months ago and he keeps setting up callbacks with me just to ghost them. I was also told I would be reached out to by the GM a Mr Hendrick which also never materialized. Funny thing is on the back of all these peoples business card the #1 “enemies of culture” are “poor communication” it really seems like that’s more of Cable Dahmerd motto, that and scamming its clients

I took my Chevy Spark 2014 since the transmission was failing, and this car had multiple repairs concerning the transmission, in 2020 GMC sent us a letter that some of this cars had a failure on the transmission and they would extend their guarantee to 120,000 miles and 10 years from the date that the car was originally placed in service. This Chevy was in the shop three times already before this, and now the transmission is failing once again, and I thought they would consider the mileage from the last time they fixed ( 2019 at 85K miles), but no, when I took it to this dealership they told me something I knew already, the transmission had to be replaced, and the warranty was expired due to the car having over 146K miles, and they charged me $180 just to tell me something I knew already. That means that of you have a Chevy Spark 2014 and you have over 120k miles you are on your own. We paid a lot of money for a car that last 120k miles, the new transmission cost $5200. GMC told us they are sorry about it, and there's nothing they can do about, they wash their hands and got clean. They should state that if you buy a 2014/15 Chevy Spark it might last just 120k miles before someone buys it, i don't think this is fair.

Don't trust them! Internet price of $19k, test drive, sit down and the price is now $22k because of the almost $3k of "*********************** Difference" stuff you don't want and can't say no to because they've already put it on the vehicle! Also, bought the car even after this ridiculous sales ploy, and it had a cracked windshield, which the sales guy said it was on order and even wrote "WINDSHIELD" on one of the pages I signed so it was replaced. It's been 4 weeks and 6 calls FROM ME, NOT THEM trying to get this windshield replaced!! I will NEVER AGAIN buy a vehicle from this dealership! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Where do I even start? The wait for an oil change is always 2 hours. Whether you make an appointment or not. Then they come up to you and offer to do your change your air filter quickly if you do it there. They say the same thing to everyone, this is a red flag. They keep pushing at you even when you tell them youll do it on your own. Only reason I come here is for my free oil changes from my bumper to bumper deal. Funny thing is they consistently lie about what that covers when you want something as simple as tire rotation. If you come here and have that deal, print your original contract out and highlight what you can get done. Thats the only way youll get out of their ridiculous prices. They have no shame and I am counting down the days to my last car payment so I can switch to a better business.

BEWARE OF BUYING!!! Im in the military stationed at Fort Leavenworth ** and went there for my first truck and my salesman did nothing but lie to me and make promises that were impossible to get him to keep his word on. I bought a 2014 GMC ****** with 60k miles and in less than a year and no more than 8k miles both rockers and cab corners and fully rusted out, the front and rear bumper has rust, and the wheel well is starting to rust. After taking it to an auto body shop and being told it was rusted out when I bought it and there was a ton of paint caked on I was then quoted $4,500 to repair all of the rust I was told by the sales manager they have no interest in making it right. If you are a new or experienced buyer please go else where because these guys will do nothing but lie to you and all of their vehicles are lemons. Ive seen trucks far older with 150k more miles from ********* with less rust than what my truck has now. Thanks for scamming the local military ***********************, you guys lost another customer.

Never anymore conversation Message to PR, answer I will discuss this with my supervisor, last I have heard.----- Forwarded Message ---- Sent: Monday, April 25, 2022, 10:30:28 AM CDT Subject: Re: Your Cable of *********** Request wrote:Absolutely not, he said they would review my records and get back to me, hasn't happened. To bring you up to date. On 9/10/21 I talked to her about my **** Trailblazer which had destroyed 4 batteries in one year. Each time requiring a tow and getting no answers to cause. I told her I was now sending it to a qualified, certified, reliable dealer and I wanted it fixed! I had it towed to CD at a cost of $150 and they had it for 10 days. Put a new battery in and checked it out at a cost of $386.19 which I considered reasonable as they said it was fine. On April 18th I parked in my driveway the next morning the battery was destroyed, would not take a charge and registered Bad on tester. Instead of paying for another tow I bought a new battery, which is cheaper than a tow. The vehicle now starts and is operating properly however I am sure it is just a matter of time. We are 85 years old and walking on Eggshells ever time we use it. Will you discuss this with the service manager, back in September you had a pick up and delivery service is that still available and can they fix it? Any more information should be in your computer but feel free to ask. As I told him my hearing is terrible so E-mail is best but my wife can talk on the phone and talk to me. Thanks in advance.Good morning I want to follow up with you to make sure all your questions were answered. Are you all taken care of?Best regards and have a good morning, | Customer Experience Facilitator Cable of Kansas City *************** 64

I went to go trade in my 2019 ***** trax to get a truck, decided to get a 2018 Dodge Ram **** truck only had the truck for a couple of days till I finally took it to work. Drove it the way out to *********** ******. After the end of my 12hr shift the truck wouldnt not start up for nothing so I waited for 5 more hours for the dealership to open because my insurance company hasnt updated on the truck to get it towed and their unlimited warranty at dealership is a f****** joke as well I called for a towing assistance and they had no information on me. Thank god I hadnt signed over one final paper for my trax so I got my car back but the so called managers for the used car lot services is a joke they would do anything not to talk to you or not take the fault on anything cause they know what they did and whats even more scarier is that they were re selling the truck to elderly couple. So if I had issue with that truck Im pretty sure that couple with have the same as well. Once I get my trax paid off I will no longer go back to this dealership. The people work their do not care about you or your safety. They only want your money.

I was financed for a 2015 *** that I got to drive for a week and a half and it threw a rod. Called dear ship and explained what happened to the car and they said they were sending a tow truck witch didnt pick my car up till a week later with no rental car so it cost me my job. And when I asked the dealer what my options were they asked me to take out another loan on another car and default this one or to get a loan for **** dollars to pay for half the engine. They refused to take the car back and refund my money.
