  The service was booked for 10 am we have been trying to call and email them left multiple messages and email and they didn't even show up . It looks like a scam and my bank refused to charge back the amount claiming it not able to do good return

  Good morning.

  No they have. Refused to answer my call or refund my money. The bank has already processed the payment for them. And they refuse to do anything either.

  Well they contacted xtra mile movers about moving a hospital bed for my granddaughter who is terminal. Upon calling and informing the company about the weight of the bed where it was going and how long it would take, I was assured that this was not a problem and they had done these types of moves before the person informed me and my wife that the mover would be at the facility by 3:00 pm seeing as how it closed at 3:30pm. And would call when leaving. I received a call at 3:58 letting me know they would be there in 1:15 minutes so to my surprise I received a call and attempts to call it back 5 minutes later to no answer the next call I received was app ***** minutes later telling me they had arrived but at the wrong location ad where 30 minutes away after finally arriving there was clear damage to the bed which both movers stated they received it like that and it was outside when they arrived and that they werent equipped for a job as such nor have they done this before. On top of they would not be able to finish the job of loading the bed into the house so after calling my friends and my daughters boyfriend and step father to help the five of us were able to get the bed in the house but this now ********* hospital bed was ruined and the guys as well as the company felt no responsibility for it and charged us their fee and went about their business. Upon calling the facility the next day they informed us the bed was not picked up at 3:00pm but a call was placed to the facility asking for it to be placed outside. As the surplus employee was leaving he noticed the guys pulling in he showed them the bed and how everything was fine and in working order nothing was broken or damaged upon loading seeing as how the employee helped the two loaders load the bed. Upon arriving they attempted to tell me how their boss is a liar and does this a lot. Need less to say the bed is damaged the hospital will not donate another bed I feel the company was irresponsible in their actions and seek relief.
