They didnt pay out my claim. Siding was discontinued but they didnt pay out anyways. Said I should pick a color that wont match the other siding. No point paying premiums to a company that dont honorably settle claimsReview from My M

I had a fire in 2019, I received a letter saying my coverage was cancelled because I lied about being a convicted felon. Well I didnt lie I was never asked. I was originally charged with arson. My attorney informed them that he would be representing me, so direct any questions to him. Anyway, they refuse to talk to me because of the letter he sent years ago. Which has left me unable to file a claim. The customer service is poor, communication is even worse. After speaking with my attorney asking him to tell them to communicate with me, I overheard him on the phone with their attorney trying to convince me to come sign a document stating I wouldnt be seeking any damages. I was asked to come on Market St to sign these documents. Needless to say I never went. Hes no longer my attorney and I was not charged with arson. This place is shady. Moral of the story ..they will do anything to NOT PAY OUT ON A CLAIM!!! They will work with your attorney against you. Very sketchy company avoid at all cost!!! Its supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, I thought.Review from Maree C

This company is horrible!!! First, they will approve you and then cancel your insurance after a month. And if you’re not married but living in the same household they will charge you $30 EACH for some stupid membership that you will never use. And mind you, that’s is not 1 time membership, that’s yearly! They kept on insisting that my 18yr old daughter (who already moved out) and so as my 21 yr old step daughter are both living with us because they were both getting mails every now and then in our residence. What a joke!!! I will NEVER EVER refer this company to anyone. I am not hateful bcuz they cancelled us, they are not the only insurance company here. My complain is all about doing business and servicing their clients!!!

The Adjuster was very rude. He didn’t look at the house. He was prejudiced. They never wanted to pay for the claims. They cheaper with the worse service and insurance. I am retired. I need better service, and insurance.Missouri Farm Bureau Response

We have looked over Ms. ****** response to your office,and disagree with her accusations. Missouri Farm Bureaus adjuster was not prejudice on handling this claim, nor was he rude, and he did complete an inspection of the property. Based on the information presented Missouri Farm Bureau will not change our original position.Review from Dustin E

I was with Missouri Farm Bureau, ****** **, ****** County Missouri. Everything was great until my agent passed, then it all went horrible. My car was stolen June 7, 2021, it was recovered the same day and I was informed it would be considered a total loss, not sure why as it only had a flat tire. But I was lied to numerous times about rental car coverage. Missouri statute states in the event of a theft they are required to provide a rental car within 48 hours until a reasonable settlement offer is made with comprehensive coverage which I had. *************************** is claiming Missouri Farm Bureau did not provide him for rental during his claim process, and he was lied to numerous times. These accusations are not correct or accurate as Missouri Farm Bureau issued payment to ************** in the amount of his policy limits for a rental. ************** attorney was sent documentation verifying our valuation of his vehicle and payment for a rental.Thank you,Review from Tammy W

My house was vandalized. Filed a claim. It was denied because they are saying the tenants did the damage. The tenants claimed they broke 1 window, not 6. I cannot get anyone to answer my calls. I cannot get a copy of the recordings, of course which would prove my case. Stay away from these people.
