I purchased a 2012 ***** Impala from All N Motorsports in August 2023. Despite making regular payments since then, I discovered in October 2024 that the vehicle has an undisclosed lien, preventing me from registering it in my name. This lien was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Since October, the dealer has repeatedly told me to call back later, stating they are still working on it, but no progress has been made. I am seeking immediate action to either clear the lien and provide a clean title or cancel the contract agreement and take the car back with no additional payments required. I do not want a refund; I simply need a resolution so I can register the car and avoid being pulled over for not having tags. This is my only vehicle, and I rely on it to get to work.

i have finally got the lien release yesterday. but in my defense. there was no way to know there was a ghost lien on this vehicle. the title she was giving was a arkansas title free and clear of any liens.these ghost liens do happen often. it happens when someone has a lien on a vehicle in ******** and then trade it in in another state. so that other state gets the lien release and missouri doesnt ever get one. so then when or if that car ever comes back to ******** they show a lien in their system. and sometimes its not always easy tracking down who had the lien on the vehicle in ********. it is very time consuming to say the least sometimes. i was dealing with ********, ******** , and ********, working on this. so i could only work as fast as some of the other people involved was working on it. where would the customer like me to email the lien release to? i also attached it here.

I bought a car and less than 30 days breaks down. Now it needs a new motor in it and they want me to pay the balance after insurance. Which is a thousand dollars that I don't have. They sold me this car knowing there was a recall on the engine and didn't fix it.

Yes my belongings are in the car. I have every intent to get those belongings. However that does not explain why the car I just purchased needs a new motor. I had no means necessary for a tow to joplin. Therefore the car company had it towed to their own shop. I barely drove this car to work and back a week before the problem started. I will come get the stuff from the vehicle soon and pay for the new motor. But should not have to pay for a new motor being it was recalled before my purchase.
