Car Credit came and took the vehicle I was leasing from them. They were supposed to let me know so we can take all our stuff out of the car. My important papers were in there. They are rude and unprofessional. I called them and told them to give me all of my personal items out of the car. They laughed at me and my husband.I would like to get all my personal items out of the car.

We got a car through car credit, we have been with them for years and never had a problem until now. We got a 2010 Kia **** in June 2021. We told them the check engine light was on and they said that they would fix it. The last week of August 2021 the car started jerking, my husband called Car Credit and told them that we thought the transmission was going out, they told us to take it to ******** which is the shop they use. We took it on Sept. 10 2021 which is when Car Credit scheduled it. Car Credit said they would grandfather us in and take care of it. On Sept. 13, 2021 I got a call from Car Credit saying that we owe $137 and some change since it wasn't the transmission. I don't think we should be held responsible for that bill since they told us they would take care of it and not to mention the check engine light is still on.
