We had a great experience using Seniors Electrical & Appliance Repair. Our dryer broke down, and they were able to come out same day and quickly figure out what was wrong. The immediately ordered the part that was needed, and as soon as it came in, they set up an appointment to get it installed and have our dryer up and running. They were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them!Review from Rick M.

Customer service was top notch. Could not have asked for better service and knowledge. All issues were explained completely and even offered addition recommendations to avoid future issues. This is a company I will continue to use for all future issues. This is how service should be for all issues. Leadership was above and beyond, as they care about people.Review from Sherry B.

I would highly recommend Richard. He is excellent at what he does. He diagnosed my problems with my electric range and had it fixed in no time. I couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more professional or to have done a better job. I had someone else who kept coming out to try and fix the problem but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. It was actually an electrical problem that he fixed and made sure my stove was working before he left. His rates were very reasonable and he told me what it would cost before he even started. I have had a great experience with Seniors electrical and appliance repair. I have a free standing ice maker that was making terrible noise. I called 7 appliance repair #s who all adverised to repair ice machines who all turned me down do to no repairmen locally. When I called Richard he too turned me down but then called me back and said he would try to repair it even though he normally doesn't work on them. He could tell how frustrated that I sounded and that I really needed help. He made 3 trips until the problem was resolved. He cares about your problem and works tirelessly until it's resolved to the best of his ability. Highly recommend this company!Review from Kevin S.
