    On approximately end of June 2024,I was in need of a new catalytic converter for my Nissan Sentra Note . I obtained this from Seeburg Mufflers **** ******** *** St Joseph Mo 64507. I paid $724.19 cash to them . The end of August 2024 my car started making noise again I was puzzled and confused with it being so new. I again went back to Seeburg on Mitchell in St Joseph Mo and the man who put it on looked at me like I was crazy. But after looking at my car agreed that the part was bad . They ordered a new one and replaced it. Extended the warranty. Fast forward to 1/07/2025 my car starts making noise again just like before when the converter was out . I go to Seeburg on Monday January 13.2025. The mechanic jumps me verbally accusing me of causing the converter to go bad . I was totally taken aback and startled by his accusations.. I was under warranty. He was with my car for way over a hour . This man and woman came in. They went into the garage Then this man came out sat down across from me and told me he was the owner. That the second converter was bad too .He saw I had nor put very very low miles on my car since they installed the converter. That it was in no way my fault. That he would do anything he could do to make it good for me even if he had to go In the hole to do it . He ask that I give him a few days to work out the details . I agreed and said I would check back Monday. Fast forward to January 21,2025 I called the part was in.. Wednesday January 22nd After the install the Mechanic had me fill out warranty paperwork I was told . He then informed that I was not to ever come back. I ask why? He said we have done all we are going to do for you. I said I have done nothing wrong. He said I don’t care. I said the parts were bad and that’s my fault?! He’s said We are done. If this one breaks it’s on you . He said why are you upset ? I said I have never been treated like this before. He said oh well .

    I want to cancel the complaint the owner contacted me and the complaint is resolved.
