    I never ordered so many Keto weight loss supplements, from this company. What I did order was one bottle ONLY of. Somehow These supplements continue coming. I happened to be a snowbird from Canada and had my Neighbor pick out of my mailbox and place in our garage. Call center refused 100 bottles in return.

    I've had a subscription with this company. Monthly charge was $159.95. Today 11/10/2022 I've sent email cancelation On 11/1/2022 my debit card account was charged and as of today I've not received product. The more concerning issue: With in 2-3 before and after that charge, my debit card account was compromised. Of course I'm working with my bank, Bank of the West, for fraudulent charges, I'll receive a new debit card and this company will no longer be able to bill me. Most charges were companies with similar products. I'm seeking nothing though a refund would be great. I'm simply reporting that I'm suspicious about the possible connection.

    I sent 5 bottles of Keto weight loss supplement back to Lean Start at the address they provided at ** *** ****** ****** ** *****, on June 1, 2022. I have a copy of the note I provided and the original receipt from the post office. On June 30, 2022 I called them at ************ asking about my refund. They said they had received the 5 bottles and my refund would be $214.84. This is August 17, 2022 and I still have not received my refund. I have called about 15 times and now they say they will send me a physical check in the mail but I have not received anything. This is so frustrating. My husband and I are retired on a fixed income and I could really use that money. I have been patiently waiting and I guess I will have to hire an attorney which I really can't affford. Can you help me?

    I had been interested in trying this product for some time (Keto weight loss support). I saw an ad on line for: buy two bottles get 3 free. I decided to try it . I put in my information and then at the end it asked me if I wanted a bottle of (Detox internal cleansing formula) I checked no. I then completed the order and left the sight. I received my C.C. statement in the mail and they had charged me for all 5 bottles of Keto and for two bottles of Detox. I called the company, and only could leave a message, which I did. I asked for a refund back. I didn't receive one. Several days latter I called again and left a message and Didn't receive one. Next, I received a new package in the mail with five bottles more and my next statement shows a charge again for seven bottles. This added up to $500.00 in charges. I canceled my card and have requested a new card with a new number so they can not charge me again. I believe they were fraudulent in their ad. They also did not respond to my messages. I would appreciate the BBB stepping in and helping me. Thank you, ****** ****** ************

    I have tried everything! These people have been sending me text spam for over a year now. I have reported them multiple times and had some success with getting a few of their outlander web sites shut down. I have begged these people to leave me alone and they said they would but now I'm receiving even more spam from these people but now it's on a daily basis. They send the messages as Text Spam to my phone. Which makes it more difficult to stop and report. I don't understand what the point is to this. I have never and will never buy anything from them, but they still harass me daily. Please make these people stop harassing me. Original Text Spam Message: "******* Easiest also tested method to burn your body weight. Have one mug and experience the distinction. ****************** *****". Websites involved: **************** ******************* ******************
