I had put my house on the market and needed a deep clean done before showing. The charge was to be $389 and would not be charged on my credit card until after the cleaning.. Two days later the card showed the charge.. I let it go because it was at least paid, one less chore. I booked the initial cleaning to be the morning of January 31st. On the Friday before I got a call saying they could come on January 29th in the afternoon instead. I told them no thanks. Then on the morning of 29th another call they couldn't make it on my initial date but would come in the afternoon of the 28th. I gave up and said OK. At about 3:00 pm I received a call saying they would be at my house in about 30 minutes. They finally arrived a little after 4:00. There were two of them. They finished at 7:30. They told me they didn't work for the company but were doing a favor for the owner a friend of theirs.They didn't clean any windows. Didn't clean downstairs bathroom. Didn't clean behind anything. A few days later I saw an additional charge for $150.00 on my credit card. When I contacted the office I was told it was because there were 3 people for 3 hours. I said no, two people. Then she said it was two people for 4.5 hours. Again I said no. Then she said she has GPS on all her employees so she knew.. Then it was she had an app that her sub contractors used..At that point she said she would get back to me. I actually have this entire conversation saved on text. Today I got a text from her friend, the one who did the cleaning, asking me why I am disputing the charges. So here I am. This company is awful...I hope people read these reviews.

We scheduled a deep cleaning for August 5th. The cleaning was scheduled through the company on July 9th. They asked for my card to put a hold on it for the cleaning. They didnt put a hold on my card, they charged me the entire amount of $479. Then the day of the cleaning they were supposed arrive between ****am and called me at 903am to tell me the cleaner was unable to show up because someone was septic, either her or her family member. They canceled the cleaning and stated we would be refunded within **** business days. Today has been 13 business days and we are getting a run around. They state the refund has been issued but Discover does not have it. Do not use this company for any reason. They are dishonest and not trustworthy.

This company is not trustworthy. I made an appointment as was asked for a credit card for a $100 deposit. They then charged the full amount of the service to my account. I left it alone as I figured the payment was made in full and I wouldn't need to worry about it. A few weeks later - before the service was due to be performed - they charged my credit card the full amount again. I figured it was a mistake and called to request a refund. They assured me they would notify the billing department and that the refund would be processed. When I asked to speak to the billing department they said there was no phone number and no one I could speak to. A few days later I hadn't received a refund or a phone number, so I had to dispute the second charge with the credit card company. I t hen decided to cancel the cleaning service. I received an email confirming the cancelation and stating "You will not be charged for this service and the hold will be removed from your account within 2-5 days." I followed up with a call to the company to confirm they would process the refund. Long story short, over two weeks later, after many phone calls and assurances, I did not receive the refund and have had to dispute this charge as well. These are not honest people.

Cleaning was the last thing I needed to have done before showings on my house, so it was a pretty important task to me. My appointment arrival window was from *****. I arrived at my house a little before 10. Around 11:30 I called the company to check out an eta, I got an answer and was advised they were running late but would be there soon. I ran up to the gas station to get a drink, came back to a couple that was in the house. I had left the front door unlocked by accident and they let themselves in. They said they werent sure if anyone was going to be home as it was unoccupied so they went in to check it out. I accepted that as it seemed like an ok explanation. I told them specifically they just needed to focus on floors, baseboards, windows and doors. My house is unoccupied so I left and went about my busy day that was delayed. No, phone calls, no updates. I figured they were done at some point and left. Move forward to 5am the next morning, driving by my house their vehicle is still at my house. I had to call police to check out the situation. They had fallen asleep because they said they were cleaning for over 13 hours. They left and were on their way. I checked the house *********** looked terrible, baseboards werent touched, and my blinds were dusty. I dont even know what they did! My father who was helping with this expense then called me to advise they charged his card $1400. He said that wasnt the price we agreed to so he claimed fraud on the charge. The amount that was agreed on was $659. They said there was extra charges for the sq ft, which was wrong of them. Also, for the extra time! Since my dads card blocked the charge the owner called me to threaten me with a lawsuit and putting a lien on my house. In the end I ended up paying a little over $700, which wasnt worth it. Worst experience of my life. I asked the owner to follow up by sending me documentation on the charges. She never followed up, and never responded. I feel robbed.
