            I placed an order on 10/5/22 for a pair of Christian Louboutin Glitter Pumps in size 7.5 US/38 Euro. I awaited a confirmation that my order was updated and going to be shipped. I needed these shoes for an occasion on 10/25. I called the supposed owner **** @ ************ for the status of my order. On 10/10 **** said that she would check the order- she was following up to make sure it was shipped. She said her warehouse was in California she was in Kansas City, MO. (no tracking system) I asked for a call back with the tracking # and was told the order would be shipped out by the end of the week 10/14. I did not hear from her. I called again on 10/18 and she said she was still checking on the order once again and would provide a tracking #. I never heard from her again until 11/1 when I filed a complaint regarding the shoes that arrived 11/1. I texted, called, chat bot and emailed numerous times and no response. I received the delivery on 11/1- the shoes are counterfeit with a counterfeit certificate of authenticity. They also sent the wrong size-39! I did not receive the shoes in time for my event. I did not receive proper tracking updates. The shoes are supposed to be leather - they are plastic made in Hong Kong! The seller doesn't care. I received my order today- *****- days after my event. I ordered the shoes on 10/5. I sent numerous emails, phone calls /texts to ****, and emails that were unanswered. The shoes are not authentic Louboutins I also requested a size 38 and you sent the wrong size 39. I need a refund. You are selling fraudulent items. I am going to report this to my bank as well as the better business bureau I will never buy anything else from you. Horrible experience!! Louboutins are not made in Hong Kong they are handmade in Paris! The shoe box even has a different description. This company needs to lose their licenses as all of their merchandise is counterfeit. She also there isn't anything the BBB can do! I want a full refund
