Kaye's learning center is a joke. The owner has a rude & awful attitude, no integrity & is as unprofessional as they come. Listen...just don't.

I agree with the 1st review crystal is very rude and very unprofessional.. especially when it comes to adult interaction.. this house is in a rough area as well .. just Dnt waste ur time with this

I was scammed out of $650. Crystal T***** at Kayes Learning Corner (daycare) likes to fake like she has integrity but she does not. She has very poor BUSINESS practices and leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to interacting with her in person. Last year I inquired about Kaye’s and was initially told they didn’t have any openings. A couple months later I received an email asking if I still needed care for my daughters, to which I did. I asked the standard questions, state licensed, fees, tours, etc. to which she responded that she doesn’t do tours in light of Covid and asks that they being paying parents prior to entering… I paid and signed the contract and that was the most expensive tour I’ve ever had in my life. It was supposed to be on a Friday and she asked for it to be pushed to Saturday. She gave zero logistic directions then had a piss poor attitude when I arrived and had no clue what to do. A few hours after the tour I found out my kids were accepted into another facility and asked Crystal to refund my money. Welp, tied my hands with the contract as it stated no refunds. She drug it on and continued to say she was going to “talk to her board” then stopped responding altogether. Don’t be like me. I 100% do not recommend Kaye’s Learning Corner off of the owner alone. I have no idea what the adult to child interactions are like, but her adult to adult interactions suck. I told a former coworker of my experience and she said Crystal had the same terrible ass attitude when she saw her out with the children and she inquired about her services. I typically like to give people the benefit of the doubt but where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire. Although I’m out the money, I’m forever grateful God protected me from anymore interactions with her.
