    I ordered eyeglasses from this website and I never received them. I’ve emailed trying to get my money back and their mailbox is full.

    On July 18, 2024, I purchased frames from this business for $170 using a health savings account **** debit card. The website required me to create an account, which I did. The automatic reply that I received once the order was placed indicated that I would receive an email with information about my purchase. On July 19th, I still had not received an email so I attempted to contact the email and phone number listed to inquire (see uploaded photo 1). Neither the email nor the call went through. I checked the status of my order and noted that it had been placed but was awaiting fulfillment (see uploaded photo 2). Later, when I attempted to go back to the website, the website no longer existed. I would very much appreciate your assistance getting a refund and getting this matter resolved. Thank you!!

    Apparently, the computer outages last Thursday (7/18/24) adversely affected this seller and I was able to reach him today and I believe that my order will be fulfilled after all.

    April 5, 2024 at 9:13pm CST I purchased a pair of eyeglass frames from **************** and was provided an order#****. The price was $289 and I paid using ****** linked to my bank account. April 8, 2024 the funds were withdrawn from my account via ******. I have received zero emails or communications from the business, and it has been 2 weeks today, April 19th. The receipt (attached) states "an email will be sent containing information about your purchase. If you have any questions...email us at ***********************com or call us at ###-###-####." The voicemail box states it's ********* from eyeglassframes4less" but the mailbox is full.

    Hi It’s been 19 days and no action from the seller. No communication at all and the email ****** has for this seller comes back non deliverable. I am looking for a full refund at this point since nothing has been sent and no communication. The seller has obviously received my payment but does not respond to anything. Most likely a drop shipper scammer. Takes orders but never delivers. The website is ************************************ And i used the ****** link from this site. Please help provide a full refund. I was charged 149US from my ****** account which is ********* ****** *********** ****

    I am rejecting this response because: I want other people to be warned of the sellers terrible business practices.  No communication with me when I asked for a refund from the seller and forcing me to escalate with ****** to get a refund.   Thanks ****** for protecting me from sellers like this.  I assume this was always the plan with this seller.  Ignore the client’s refund request and ****** will reimburse them.  Seems like a terrible business practice to me.  Please let others know so they can avoid this seller.
