This company has very shady business practices. I received my order, to which I was not satisfied. They advertise a 14-day return window. I submitted the return request on day 6 and provided all the requested information. Several days elapsed before I received a response, which simply stated they are reviewing my return request. After another several days, The Gold Gods claimed that the return window lapsed. I have clear documentation and communication which states this is patently false, in addition, their average response time is 2-3 days. After continued emails to The Gold Gods, I only received apologies, but no acknowledgement that they were falsely stating the return window closed and I was unable to submit the items for a refund. I strongly believe this was done by design and a purposeful act to deny requests for refunds. I have filed a claim with my bank regarding this transaction. DO NOT TRUST!The Gold Gods Response

The Gold Gods #*** **** ********* ******* **** ********** ** ********** Updated address for those that need it or are wondering why there returns have not been processed. My (2) Orders: #****** & #****** Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. I have been more than patient and understanding with this business changing locations and causing delay. But the understanding has not been reciprocated. There seems to be no sense of urgency or concern with customers needs. I purchased two items back in July 2024, the wrong items were sent to me. They made an error with the sizing of the bracelet and chain. The second issue was the items sent to me were not the same items in the photos posted in their website. In fairness I received what appeared to me as plastic beads in my opinion besides the point they sent the wrong size. They approved a return and were charging me a return fee although they sent me the wrong items and size. I sent them the return and it was sent back to me because customer service sent a return label with the old company address. I reached out again finally someone sent me the new return label with new address. They now have the return, confirmed my return made it, but still no refund. We are now in September and still no refund. Customer service reached out and stated they have alot of returns to process. 3-5 business days. Well its been over a month. And now I'm here complaining and making others aware of their bad business practices. Buyers beware. Everything has been documented photos and an email thread of over 20 emails with different representatives talking to me about one return have been saved my next step is to reach out to my bank card company to recover funds. The address i posted is their new address that i sent my return to. They confirmed they received it but still holding my refund. Buyer beware - The Gold Gods does not put their customer first and has questionable business policies. Read all of the fine print before ordering from them. As it turns out, any "solid gold" orders are considered "custom orders" and are not refundable. I bought a chain for my son for Christmas which he didn't like and I am not able to return it. Additionally, it came with a gold bracelet that broke the first time worn. However, even though all products come with a warranty, the customer needs to pay for the shipping of it back for repair. I guess you get what you pay for in life. This was the first and last purchase I will make at The Gold Gods. I will stay with more reputable businesses for my gold purchases.The Gold Gods Response

Hi Bonnie, Thank you for your review. Although, all solid gold sales being final has always been our policy. There are no tricks whatsoever. You should have been provided with a shipping label to exchange the broken chain, we do apologize about that miscommunication. All solid gold orders are custom made to fit the exact size, karat weight and width that you choose. Therefore they are final. If I could give 'zero' stars to this company, I would. I placed an order with them on November 27th and I still don't have my order. I didn't receive an email confirmation of the purchase which should have been my first 'red flag'. After not hearing ANYTHING from them and not receiving any confirmation of my order being shipped (the website stated that this item was IN STOCK and would be shipped within 3 business days) I reached out to them via email on December 12th. I have been receiving canned responses from them every since. They are saying there is a delay but we are working to get the status of your order. I have SEVERAL emails where I have reached out to this company and have received no updates from them. It is now December 31st and I still don't have the item that I ordered and I don't want it anymore. In the mix of emails that I have sent to them, I have requested a refund several times only to be told that there is an internal team who is responsible for deciding if I can receive a refund. Still no refund! So let me get this straight, we are living in a world where this company can take over $400 of my money and I receive nothing but I'm still supposed to be alright with no responses and no merchandise. The jewelry color/complete appearance is different than what is advertised. They don't even give refunds you get a store credit. And I see why they wouldn't be making any money. Do not buy these products.The Gold Gods Response

I have numerous emails back and forth with this company. I work over the road. Tried to make a quick order while home. Completely misguided by website. So I leave state for work after hoping to get package. Email trying to cancel. They won't let me cancel. Ok so waited to the *** days for shipping and they send a label made email. TGG is the ONLY jeweler I will do business with, I searched the internet for about a week before confirming that they offer the lowest price per gram of solid gold than ANY other jeweler on the internet, i mean so low that its basically an investment. Since then Ive purchased 3 solid gold pieces with them trusting them with ***** of hard earned cash, and will be buying my next pieces with them as well.The jewelry business is a scam but TGG does honest business and gives you beyond what you pay for, with **** himself keeping you with constant updates on whats going on with your orders, probably the best customer service Ive dealt with with any company jewelers or not. When seeing the chains in person too youll see the craftsmanship put into each piece, theyre not janky chains that sit weird, theyre heavy and quality crafted. With the few scammer jewelers Ive dealt with that have heavily overpriced me on dainty and underweighted jewelry that Ive had to had returned, Im telling you these guys are the jewelers to go to and the jewelers to stick with, theyve blessed me with every purchases Ive made and theyve made a loyal customer for life. Please dont let yourself literally get robbed by these other scumbags in the jewelry game.Review from Joe B

First off, if you're looking for a quality product, you're probably safe to stop your search here, since I've handled two different chains, and both had EXCELLENT construction.Second, and possibly just as important as my first point, is the service. I had to do an exchange for a different size, and they sent me all the info and made it very easy to send it back to them, answering emails within a few minutes usually, extremely friendly, and helpful, they even paid for most of the return shipping, which was expensive. They took care of all of my issues to completely to my satisfaction and made the whole buying process very simple straightforward and enjoyable.Thanks again guys!Review from Nicole B.

I purchased a solid 10k Miami curb chain as a Christmas gift for my husband. When he opened it Christmas morning, there was a poorly crafted link that resulted in the chain looking twisted, and not sitting properly when worn. That day, I was in contact with ***, a gold gods employee, who had texted me to make sure I was happy with the product. *** informed me that he would contact the team and get back to me about the next steps ASAP. No response. I submitted a life time warranty claim on the website and emailed customer support. It has been 3 weeks and no one from gold gods has responded with any information regarding steps to honor the lifetime warranty despite my numerous attempts to contact them. At this point I dont even want to send the chain back as I fear it will disappear, no one will respond, and Ill never see a replacement or refund. Please just send me a product of acceptable quality, or refund my 275$ so I can purchase a gift for my husband he can actually use.
