We just finished a full kitchen remodel and we couldn’t the happier with the finished product! Carol was our designer that helped us come up with the layout and she walked us through all of the many options. It would have been very overwhelming to consider all of the options available without her expertise and guidance. Jason was the project manager that made sure the plans came to reality and they did! He was always available and easy to reach when we have questions or concerns throughout the project. At the end, we had a walk through where he encouraged us to point out any imperfections that we wanted fixed or touched up, so we did. The next day his crew was out and they fixed them all without delay. Everyone we worked with from the staff to the subcontractors were very nice, professional and helpful. Will definitely recommend them to our family and friends!

What else can I say other than how great the people at Gold Heart Homes were! From the start, they were very organized, attentive, and answered all our questions about the process. Once work started we had almost no complaints. There were just a few minor things that needed to be addressed along the way (which I think were just normal miscommunication errors on both our part), but they were fixed right away. I work from home so I was able to see everything unfold before my eyes, and I can't say enough god things about the people who did the work. They were kind, and courteous, and most of all, did amazing work! We absolutely hated our old kitchen and the work they did makes it look like an entirely new house. I Would highly recommend!

We just finished our kitchen remodel, and we loved working with Gold Heart Homes. Jason was really great to work with - very communicative and available. His attention to detail and desire at the end to make sure everything was done well and how we wanted it was much appreciated. Carol also was a pleasure to work with and helped steer us in the right direction with our design. They also finished up pretty much in the time frame they had predicted, so we couldn't ask for more!

After looking over a lot of different remodeling designs that Gold Heart Homes have completed for very satisfied customers, the owner is a man with integrity who is willing to go over and beyond to ensure the job is done right. Gold Heart Homes is a fantastic company to work with. The owner is a great communicator and delivers above and beyond what is expected. We will definitely use them for fire projects!

We received heinous treatment from Gold Heart Homes. The owner has *********** of documentation that I provided of the unfair treatment we received from his company along with poor craftsmanship and not providing all services that are listed on his website. We hired Gold Heart Homes to remodel our basement. He said it would take around 8 weeks to complete and it took over 6 months. Not only did he under deliver on craftsmanship of the project. Our drywall is cracking and not due to humidity changes. The first project manager we had from the company referenced the *** to our Black family over the phone. There is no instance when someone should reference the *** in a business setting. When I told the owner that I felt disrespected and unsafe with the first project manager and wanted to get a new one, his first response was it is not in our contract to provide this. After multiple calls and texts he obliged and we were offered a new project manager who finished our project. The first project manager knowingly left ******************* in our basement for months putting my family at risk of being harmed! This is just the tip of the iceberg of the unfair treatment we received (again I have 7 pages). The owner has not taken any accountability. We were given a small credit when I asked for a full refund from the unfair treatment we received, delivering the project out of the scoped timeline, and not providing us all services that are listed on the website (for reasons unknown). He stated he didnt agree with all the documentation I provided and the credit given was in good faith. We never had a face-to-face conversation on the traumatizing experiences we endured from his company. He has never said Im sorry. He actually told my husband he should be happy with the increase in value we received from their work. I still have PTSD from this remodeling experience due to the horrifying experience of working with Gold Heart Homes.
