I have a washing machine I bought *********** It is still under warranty. They sent At Your Service Appliance Repair to fix it. They have made four device call to my house. Have not fixed it yet. Never have the right part. Now I have to wait another two weeks for the to be back. It has already been four weeks. The don't seem to know what they are doing. They don't answer their phone and they do not call back. Very bad service. Would no recommend they for any repair work. ********** has not been any help either.Review from Amy W.

This is a very frustrating company to deal with. We were sent to them by the ** manufacturer. They don't answer the phone. Don't return calls. They ordered the wrong part and when they came to put that in, reconnected our washing machine hoses wrong so we went without cold water in the washing machine until WE figured it out and fixed it. Miraculously the phone was answered in mid-December when I called -- and (also miraculously) our part had just been delivered the day before. An appointment was scheduled to bring it out on December 28th. Today, on January 10th, I have heard nothing from anyone. I emailed to ask for the part to be mailed to us and we will find a responsive company with customer ********************** to put it in. I know these are challenging times, but responsiveness and customer ********************** goes a long way and this company doesn't seem to have any of it.Review from Ashley R.

Like many of these reviews - I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. NOT ONCE did they answer the phone. I was the one who had to track down the information from ** to have my washer repaired. Further, after about ***** phone calls and emails with NOT ONE response, I had to hire another company who said the problem was misdiagnosed! At that point, I asked for a refund and they said theyd ***** me one- again after another at least 20 phone calls to follow up on said refund, they said no. I provided all the information proving I was right, including emails from **, no response and no offer to refund our money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!Review from Ray W

Wont answer the phone. Brand new dishwasher had a pump go out after 25 or so uses. It has been over 90 days awaiting a part they keep telling GE. How they became a warranty contractor I will never know.. Dont bother, call someone else because they wont get back to you or respond. Very poor communication, they claim they go to 70 plus houses a day, thats a lot of ticked off people in the *********** AreaReview from Grant J

Left a bad review on Yelp like everyone else.. I was promised a refund for parts never delivered back in 6/2022 8 months after being charged. This company needs to be stopped. They just aggravate customers without any remorse or repercussion. I will be suing them soon as I expect NO response to my attorneys emails..Review from Leon F

I honestly don't know how they stay in business. We've been waiting MONTHS for repairs. MULTIPLE appointments have been set up, each time broken by At Your Service.Do NOT waste your time!Review from Breshna H

At Your Service Appliance Repair, *** needs to improve its customer **********************. The representative was rude and did not listen to my question; I asked for a manager. Unfortunately, the manager was worse than the employee.Review from Jerusha W

I purchased a home in which the gas range needed repair and the seller had scheduled this company to do the work. The repairman came to the house more than once and at the final repair, he was aware the hardwood floor had just been refinished. He told me that he needed to have a "slide" to use to pull out the gas range but did not have one on the truck. He then proceeded to pull it out anyway, leaving two pressure marks in the finish of the floor that extend 31" out from the front of the range on each side where the feet of the range are. There are also gouges in the wood that go through the 3 layers of finish. I saw him taking pictures and asked why. Otherwise he was not going to mention it. I immediately asked the floor installer to estimate the repair. He said he could not patch the finish and would have to refinish the entire floor which includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, hall and entry as they are all one room/floor. The repair is $1700. The owner admitted to me in an email that his repairman did the damage and that he, the owner, is responsible; but then he stopped responding to my emails. I am going to have to file a lawsuit for damages, which I fully intend to do.
