Law Firm is terrible!! Something needs to be done! They are stealing and robbing people for money! Been over 3 months since they received my settlement check and I have yet to be paid, they won't respond back or answer calls, they send you straight to voicmail and never respond back! I hired my deepest quality and his law office. He represented my mother-in-law he represented my daughter. He represented many of my friends. My wife and I were in a car accident 2 years ago. And we finally went through all the medical and did everything we're supposed to do. They call this down there my wife picked up her check. Which wasn't very much at all. I talked with Megan she told me that I had a check coming for around $50,000. Because I had underinsured motorist with Allstate at the time. She said I would get a check for a little more or maybe a little less. She said they sent the check they're waiting for it to clear the bank. A check will clear after midnight through the federal Clearing House. I know this because I deposit checks into my account one minute after midnight that money is available. Mike if you see this will you please look into this as a favor please. I've sent you a lot of business I've made you a lot of money. Please give me my check so I can cover some bills that are way behind. I hope to have my check next week. And then I can come back on here and make this five stars. I don't want to be a victim of anything with your law office I'm hoping I'm a good client. Especially all the business I have brought you. I will tell you that this law firm kept 60% of my son's settlement. He was awarded $3,000 for his injury that he had to have knee surgery. He is on Medicare. Medicare billed 772.000 and Mike D********** law firm gave my son A TINY CHECK for $450.00 This law firm kept $1,808.00 out of $3,000. Second of all they only paid $742.000. Medicare garnished my son's social security because the lawyer Drew Ward didn't send Medicare the correct amount owed, so the check was sent back to the law firm. I as his mother had to call Medicare and pay the amount due so they would not garnish his next month's check. Finally Drew sent my son the money to reimburse me. This experience was unimaginable.Review from NaSheena H

After all the pain and suffering I went through after my car accident.... I sent them all of the information they needed WITHOUT them having to reach out to the hospitals or the police station and they robbed me blind!!! I'm still on the medication for my headaches and still having issues with my daily activities and even with my son, he shouldn't have to suffer with me... They just had a worker quit for the robbing people like me... 40% plus interests???!!!! Make this make sense, I received more with my taxes than I did through people that was "supposed" to look out for customers but instead they sleep well at night getting over on me!!!! I'm not satisfied at all with the outcome and will NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone!!!! None of my medical and insurance bills reached 10k and they over charged me and refused to pay me my money!!! They already charged 10k so why rob me of my money for my current pain and suffering!!!
