            I have purchased a minute split system which is defective. I have went through the technical support team and issue is still not resolved. I have requested a refund for this equipment and nothing has been done. I have been deemed not to do business with them any further. I have done business with then for 15 years and have sold lots of equipment, they now have blocked my past purchases for warranty claims. My customers are also paying a terrible remorse from this. The equipment is defective and I have no way of doing anything with this. This equipment is valued at around $2,000.00. I am a veteran owned company and been in business for over 15 years. This has been my only issue in all this time.

            As a service provider in the heating and cooling industry for the last 27years. I recently made the decision to open my own heating and cooling business. Upon formation of my business I set up a new account with cfm distribution of Kansas city. Account was used and all was working well. One month after having account active I was informed that because of a conflict of interests from my former employer being mad I left to try for a better living for my family they were closing my account. This hurts my new business as it will force me to use distributors further away creating longer wait times to customers thus making it harder to compete in my market. I feel this is a very petty form of business that a big dealer and a mega corporation will get together to try to hurt the little guy to try to inflict harm. Further details are available.

            We received a letter about BBB complaint ******** today. We have contacted the complainant directly today and reopened his account with us, per his request. He seemed happy with this change and as a result, I believe this complaint has been resolved.
